Spring Training

We are spring training nuts, this was a great location to access nearby stadiums. Nice clean space and quiet neighborhood. Would recommend, highly recommend this place.

Good experience

Close to hurricane harbor and victory lane. Not the best neighborhood but was quiet, clean and we'll stocked. Perfect for our kids baseball tournament. Would book again.

Springtime Glendale Vacay

We were very comfortable in this cozy VRBO rental! Our host was quick and amiable with communication. The rental had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The bed was comfy. The small yard had a covered awning area that made the warm afternoons pleasant when sitting on the patio furniture. The neighborhood was safe and quiet; I even saw quail scampering around as I walked my dog!

Affordable rental

The owner was very accommodating. The rental well-maintained and comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood is not the most attractive area. Nonetheless, the property is located near I-17 and 101 which makes for easy access to the Phoenix area.

clean and cozy

Had a little delay at check in because I do not have internet on my phone which created a check in delay. I was with my caregiver preparing for a kidney surgery. I am 75 and had concerns. But the place was clean, cozy and the beds were great.. Thank you for that presurgery enviroment.

Nice place in a very convenient location.

The House was furnished nicely. The queen bed was comfortable. The turf and gravel were nice for our pets. The outdoor space was very nice, with some seating and a BBQ grill to use, however we were on the run so much, we didn't get a chance to use it. The new washer and dryer were very nice. All in all a nice, comfortable place that we would stay at again.

Good experience

The trailer was just like shown in the pictures, very clean and organized. We had our dogs with us, the leather furniture and Shark vacuum made cleaning up after them much easier. The fenced in yard, though small, was also great for the dogs. The property was just blocks from the 101 and a main north/south street, making access to all of the Phoenix area very easy and convenient. Patrick was a great host, helping us get started on the TV and bringing us a refill for the gas grill.

Cut short

The stay was fine. Everything was as described. Unfortunately, the experience was greatly tainted by the Coronavirus and I only stayed 2 days! I expect to return next January!

Poor Neighborhood

The location was very good. Very close to I-17 and Hwy 101. Easy access to everything. House was only 2 years old. Good for short stays, as the neighborhood has several properties that store junk on their front yards, many barking dogs, many roaming cats, and even some chickens and horses.

Well kept place with all amenities.

The place was exactly as advertised. The owner (Patrick) was friendly and accommodating. They even had a grill and patio area to sit out in the evening with a privacy fence. Overall great experience.
