▸ Your comfortable den embraces the beach charm with 3 bar stools for dining and a sofa with a chase lounge, a ottoman and a sofa bed. This condo sleeps 6 happy guests. There is a large smart TV to stream your favorite shows. The bar becomes dining for 3 on counter height stools.
▸ The kitchen has a beautiful backsplash with lovely quartz counters with full size stainless appliances..
▸All the pots & pans & supplies for cooking are provided.
▸Lounge in luxury in the bedroom featuring a queen bed. Bed linens are provided.
▸The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and features a bathtub and shower combination...all updated beautifully. 6 towel sets are provided plus soap and shampoo.

▸ There is an ice machine conventionally located in the 1st floor atrium in the middle of the complex.

Other Things to Note:
1. Construction Notice:
***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. This is NO WHERE near this condo and you will not hear any noise.

2. Pet Policy: We welcome furry friends! If you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us about the type and weight for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.

3. Parking Information: Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.

4. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers

Pros: This home was the perfect size for a couple, nice, and cozy. The property has a beautiful pool. It’s very quiet and the location is nice. The beach is nearby and it’s lots of stores and restaurants in a close distance. The owner also let me check in early and that was greatly appreciated. Cons: My only cons will be that there was a gnat problem. I don’t know what was the cause but they were everywhere. Also, the tub was dirty when my husband went to take a shower. Lastly, the smoke alarm beeped the entire time we were there.Overall, the property is great and property manager is very responsive and has great communication. I would recommend this property for your next stay!

The condo overall was really nice, clean, stocked and well maintained. Enough room for us and our kids for a weekend. Really nice view of the pool as well. There was an issue with the air conditioning nest control. We would set the temperature around 70 before bed because it did get hot fast and that is the temp we typically are comfortable sleeping at. Unfortunately, both nights we woke up in the middle of the night sweating. When we got up to check the nest it was at 74 one night and 76 the other. I checked to see if the nest had a schedule set to raise the temperature in the middle of the night and it did not. Our kids would not have touched it and they never got out of bed. So I'm not sure what happened but it was pretty irritating. My only other complaint, and this is completely out of the hands of the owners, but when someone is staying in the unit upstairs it is so loud. They were up walking around until almost midnight both nights and it was almost impossible for us to fall asleep. But again, this just comes with the territory of staying on the second floor so it is what it is. Other than that, the rest of the time we spent in the condo was nice. We didn't cook or really use any of the utensils so I can't speak on any of that but the whole place was well stocked with towels and everything was really clean and neat.

We love the three newly renovated beautiful pools and the lush grounds with all the palm trees! We also think the location is great being across the street from a beach and 5 mins to most popular venues. There are so many things walking distance even a great restaurant over the water...Jimmy's on the Pier.
