Spacious home with 4 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, on a cul de sac at the top of Centre Hills
neighborhood. Minutes to Penn State and Beaver stadium with views of Mount Nittany
and Tussey Mountain. The home has 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, a full-size sleeper sofa,
and a queen air mattress. Comfortably sleeps up to 12. There is a game room / bar,
jacuzzi style bath, home gym, piano room, gas log fireplace, fire pit, and a spacious
patio and deck. The home includes a large eat-in kitchen and dining room. A walking /
bicycle trail is just across the street. There is plenty of off-street parking. This home is
perfect for your weekend getaway, Penn State sporting events, graduation, or Art’s Fest.
