Community:

You'll have access to world-class community amenities at an affordable price! Take advantage of five pools, wave pool, hot tubs, fitness center, mini golf, bocce, basketball, racquet club for tennis and pickleball. For an additional fee, you can enjoy a round of golf on the 9 or 18-hole courses, kayak rentals, and even a day at the spa.

If you decide to venture out, you're just a short drive from Rehoboth Beach, local shops and restaurants, and plenty of entertainment. Golf lovers can also check out the nearby Baywoods Golf Course, known as "The Augusta of the North."

~ Off Season: 3-night minimum post Labor Day and Pre-Memorial Day.

~House Rules: No pets, smoking, or vaping is allowed.

~Linen and Supplies: A linen and towel package is available for an additional cost. Otherwise, you must bring your own bath towels and sheets. Beach towels are not provided. You are responsible for providing your own toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, and dryer sheets.

~Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire stay.
