This awesome condo is located in the River Pines complex, conveniently-located next to the Riverwalk in Edwards, CO. Walking access to hiking & biking trails. Next to Eagle River and open space. Outdoor deck with great views and gas grill. One (6’7” clearance) covered parking spot & and 2 additional surface parking spots. Elevator just steps from front door w/access to the parking garage. Condo is 1st floor, no stairs to or inside condo.

The space
The River Pines complex consists of long term locals and short term rentals. There is a common breezeway that is shared with three other homes and the elevator. This breezeway is at ground level to the outdoor parking area.

This condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The kitchen is well stocked, stacked washer/dryer, gas fireplace and a deck overlooking a grassy area adjacent to a walking path along the river.

Guest access
Guests will use a Smart lockbox to access the condo. A code will be sent to the guest the day before arrival.
