Beautiful views, amazing decor. The place felt homey as well as secluded. Loved seeing the wildlife in the area and Blueberry the mini horse out in the field. Everything was better than we could have hoped for and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

Place is great. Beautiful views! Stayed for a Penn State weekend. About 30 min away from Beaver Stadium. House was comfortable, great fireplace lots of games. Friendly cat who walked around outside. A lot of ladybugs but we just figured they weee lucky and probably from all the Christmas trees. We met the owners who seemed like great people and always texted right back. Would definitely stay again

Hi, we’re Ashley and Larry! We live on Tuckaway Tree Farm and once called the A-frame our home for 5 years. It’s a special place full of memories, and we love sharing it so guests can make their own. We’re nearby if you need us, but we’re just as happy to give you privacy to relax and enjoy. 🌲

Why they chose this property

We chose this spot because of its beauty, peace, and connection to nature. Our farm is tucked away in the rolling hills of central Pennsylvania, surrounded by forest, streams, and plenty of fresh air. It feels private and quiet, yet we’re just a short drive from state parks, hiking trails, and local small-town charm. What we enjoy most is the balance—you can spend the day exploring mountains, lakes, and trails, then come back to the farm to unwind under the stars. It’s a place that feels like a true getaway without being far from everything you need.

What makes this property unique

home for 5 years, filled with memories that we now love sharing with guests. Nestled on our working Christmas tree farm, the cabin offers a cozy, woodsy retreat with the charm of a real fireplace and the peace of being surrounded by nature. Guests love walking among the trees, watching wildlife, and enjoying the starry skies at night. It’s a space that feels both personal and private—rustic enough to feel like a true getaway, yet comfortable and thoughtfully equipped to make you feel at home.
