The open-concept living room and kitchen create a bright, welcoming gathering area perfect for families and groups. Natural light fills the space, making it easy to relax after a full day in Happy Valley.

Three comfortable bedrooms provide space for families, couples, or groups visiting for events, reunions, or campus tours. There is one King bed, one Queen bed, and two Twin beds in the third bedroom.

While the home is set in a peaceful country setting, it is located near route 322, and guest may occasionally here light traffic noise, particularly during busier travel times.

We’re a local family from the Centre Hall area who take a lot of pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. This was actually our first home, so we’ve put a lot of care into maintaining and updating it over the years, and now we enjoy sharing it with guests visiting the Penn State area.

When we’re not working on the property, we enjoy spending time with family, being outdoors, and staying busy with hands-on projects. Hosting gives us the opportunity to combine that attention to detail with creating a great experience for our guests. We’re always available if you need anything, but we also respect your privacy so you can relax and enjoy your stay.

We chose this location because it offers the perfect balance, quiet, peaceful surroundings while still being just a short drive to Penn State and State College. It’s a great spot to unwind after a busy day at games, events, or campus visits. The area has a relaxed, small-town feel with easy access to everything you need, which makes it ideal for both quick trips and longer stays.
