The home boasts new wood flooring throughout, tiled bathroom floors and showers with glass doors; dual head shower in Master Bath. New white kitchen cabinets, beautiful quartz counter tops with a deep stainless steel sink.

BBQ on your Weber grill, or sit back, relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature on your lit up covered front or back patio!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip sheets, duvet covers (leave comforters on the bed) & pillowcases ONLY from beds that were used and place them on floor in laundry room. DO NOT place comforters in the laundry room;
Please gather ALL used hand towels & large towels, place towels in washer & start on “quick wash” prior to you leaving the home
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We came for the Rock the Country concert. The house was very clean and the owner was very accommodating to our needs. The hot tub was awesome on our late night returns to the house. Loved the game room too!

Morgan and Cathy are wonderful hosts! Definitely southern charm describes their hospitality! Their home was very clean and so very comfortable! The neighborhood is so quiet! The hot tub was also enjoyable after our days touring historical Savannah! I highly recommend this property and its host!

This property was wonderful. The pictures don't do the home justice. I couldn't believe how spacious the house was. The kitchen was huge. I made food for a family reunion. They had everything you could need to cook with. There were even cooking oil, spices etc. I wish I had that kitchen in my home. The dining area had enough room for plenty of people. The living room had a very large sectional sofa. Plenty of room for sitting. You could definitely fit a bunch of people in this house and not be cramped. The bed in the master bedroom was very large and comfortable. The tv's in all the rooms were big. The wifi worked great. They had special touches everywhere.They made you feel welcomed. There were shampoo, conditioner, body washes. The towels were wonderful and soft. I loved the master bathroom. The shower had a shower head on each end of the shower. The house is on a lot with a ton of trees and is very quiet. It only took us about 15-20 minutes and we were on River Street in Savannah. The location was excellent! Also our plane came in late so we didn't get in until 2am. When we landed we let them know we would be late. They told us they would leave on all the outside lights and even sent us a picture of the driveway and mailbox. We had a few questions during our stay and they responded within minutes. We didn't have time to use the hot tub but it looked very nice. I would definitely stay again. I can't say enough things about how wonderful this home was!! Great job!

Morgan reached out to us the day before our scheduled arrival and, on learning that I had missed the VRBO email with instructions, immediately sent them for me. On our arrival, the property caretaker greeted us as we unloaded our car, and offered any assistance we might need. We didn't need her help, but appreciated the offer. The house was immaculately clean, with a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and shower amenities provided (body wash and shampoo). There was enough toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags, etc., for our four-day stay. All of the beds were comfortable, and each bedroom has a dresser so we could unpack easily. There are three TVs in the house. The living room has plenty of seating, as does the dining room. The master suite has two showerheads! One of the other bathrooms has a tub & shower combo; the third is also the laundry room and has only a shower. All of them were as clean as the rest of the house. The property itself is located about half an hour from historic Savannah. It's far enough away to avoid the noise and traffic, but close enough for easy access. (We parked at the Visitor Center daily and used the Gray Line shuttle, since we'd done their tour.) The lot is beautiful, full of trees that would provide plenty of shade in summer. Both the front and back porches would be comfortable for sitting and chatting, reading, etc. Highly recommend!!
