Winter: set heat to 65 *Summer: set a/c to 75 *Put all used towels in bathtub *Leave all used beds unmade *Please take all your food with you and wipe down refrigerator/freezer shelves.
You can leave any food that you found at check-in in the pantry and refrigerator (condiments, sugar, butter, dressings, flour, syrup, etc.) *Please roll both trashcans to the road
*Please wash and put away all dishes (including coffeepot and filter basket) *Turn off ALL lights/fans and close ALL windows *Leave key on table and make sure all doors are locked.

The place was clean with a well stocked. We had all we needed as far as towels, linens, soaps, etc. The big issue for us was the stairs inside. They are wooden, small in places, and slick even when clean and dry. I am a healthy able bodied individual and fell down them on our first day. I didn't break anything but was pretty bruised up. The place would be perfect if the stairs were carpeted or something.

Thank you for staying with us July 3-11. We are sorry to hear the interior stairs were inconvenient for you. As the check in message says…the common stairs (2nd set of stairs between the 2 units) are wider and not as steep, so we encourage the use of those when bringing in luggage and groceries and use caution with small kids or the elderly. Again, thank you for staying with us and we hope your family had an enjoyable vacation with lots of memories made.

The house was clean with plenty of useful items in the kitchen. It was lovely having the large covered deck spaces outside. The bedrooms are on the smaller side and the bed in the master is very low to the ground but comfortable. The interior stairs are steep so be careful if you have young children. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and a bit of a walk from the beach but we didn’t mind that. We loved seeing deer in the evenings and beautiful sunsets. It was a relaxing stay and the host is very responsive when messaging.
