Steps from the beach and pool, this beach apartment offers a full resort experience near the Wyndham Resort. Enjoy golf, casino fun, and top restaurants just minutes away. Only 40 minutes from Airport & San Juan and 12 minutes to El Yunque and Carabalí for unforgettable adventures. Enjoy the best of PR Northeastern coast - Close by to Luquillo, Fajardo, Palomino, Icacos and Ceiba Ferry which visits Vieques & Culebra. Perfect stay for families, couples, and explorers and adventure-seekers alike.
Recently decorated apartment in BOSQUE DEL MAR complex, ideal to enjoy a truly Caribbean experience.
Located on the third floor in one of the buildings closest to the beach, you’ll be only a few steps away from the sand and sea! The spacious balcony is great for relaxation, as it provides beautiful views of the ocean, beautiful gardens & forest.
The master bedroom features a King size bed, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, include hair dryer and amenities (shampoo, conditioner, soap, body cream, etc.) The double sink is separate from the toilet and bathtub which makes it easier to work around. . A second bedroom includes a queen bed and closet space. Both rooms are air-conditioned and the beds are premium mattress dressed with fresh and light color linens.
There is also a second full bathroom , bath towels and beach towels.
In the living/dining area with A/C, the dining table sits 4 (4 additional chairs at the kitchen bar), large and comfortable sofa bed. There’s also Sofa and shairs in the balcony to enjoy outside, plus an electric grill and hooks for your wet towels as you come in from the beach.
The unit is fully equipped: The kitchen includes fridge, stove/oven, coffee maker, pots & pans, toaster, can opener, dining plates and silverware, glasses, cups, mugs, cooking utensils, knives and placemats.
In case you decide to stay indoors, you’ll have free Wi-Fi & a 3 Smart TV, ceiling fan, , beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and much more.
The laundry is set up with washer & dryer.

This place was conveniently located between the ocean and the pool. Loved having coffee on the beach every morning! Super convenient having a washer and dryer. The downstairs dog, Shaggy, was super sweet as were his humans. This was also 10 min from the Luquillo kiosks. Loved this place!

We were so pleased with everything about our stay! The condo has it all.- close proximity to the beach- coffee machine and blender with full working kitchen- no crowds around pool or beach- comfy beds, great water pressure- push button door locks, so no misplaced keys!- air conditioning is powerful but quietThe communication was great too. Any questions I had were answered promptly. We have been to Rio Grande before, but this place it an outstanding property.

Eduardo was always immediately responsive, not that we needed much from him.The apartment was very well equipped, well constructed, furniture was good, bed comfortable.Beach was nice — good sand.Pool was good. Location is good. There are good (but not better than good) as regards local restaurants.Terrazzo Montemar was ok — very nice view.Ritchie’s was ok — very nice view.La Parrilla was ok.A bit isolated but Al in all a great location for an extremely good rental unit.

Wonderful rental. It is comfortable, clean, and convenient. The balcony has a partial view of the ocean to the left and the rainforest to the right. The complex was quiet. All we could hear was the birds. The pool was nice and the perfect temperature.
