House was beautiful on the inside. Very roomy with nice bedrooms and bathrooms. We had 9 adults in our group and it never felt crowded or cramped. The back patio was very nice. We didn't use the gas grill but it looked great. The front and backyard were the only drawbacks. Still lots of work to do o those spaces on what seems like a just remodeled home. Wasn't a huge drawback for us but is the reason I only rated it a 4 star. Everything else that was important to us was a 5 star. Would really recommend this property.

Awesome Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was lucky to find this place, it was a last minute booking over a holiday weekend. They need to take more pictures place is perfect and yard was large and to my surprise, had a fire pit not listed. Place is very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you could need. I would highly recommend and plan on returning.

Curb appeal I would give a zero. Walkway to door could have been cleaned or swept.Inside was lovely decor. We enjoyed the kitchen area.Living room/TV area was nice EXCEPT for Extremely dirty couch.Bathroom (blue shower one) rug and floor were dirty.Backyard area - could have been swept orWashed with hose- bird droppings all over.We did not sit outside- area was not appealing. Would probably not stay at thisProperty again but we did like the price.

Nice accommodations for a girl's long weekend - plenty of space and well laid out. The property sits in a largely residential area which is perfect for a quiet retreat. It's a short drive to the beach, park, zoo and restaurants. Worked well for us.

The house fit our group of 10 very comfortably. The backyard is great for an evening fire and the house is located close to the beach, zoo, casino, and shopping. I would definitely recommend this property!
