Located in Royal Harbor, one of the best neighborhoods in Naples, FL. Provides a peaceful setting with waterfront canal views. You will feel at ease in this spacious 2 bedroom-2-bathroom condo that is fully updated with luxury touches throughout.

Comfortably sleeps 4 with a king bed in the primary & a queen in the 2nd bedroom. We are centrally located with all at your fingertips - 5th Ave/Downtown Naples (1.5 mile) 3 Miles from Naples Pier/Beach, Tin City (1 mile) Bayfront Dining/Shops (1 Mile) and more.

Our unit is located on the ground/1st floor level of our 2-level complex. We have beautiful views of the canal from our screen in patio with a table and 4 chairs for you to enjoy. There are views of the pool area as well.

Bedroom 1-Master has a king bed with a view of the canal, remote controlled blinds and a ceiling fan. Master bathroom has an updated walk-in shower with 2 sinks.

2nd bedroom has a queen bed and lots of space for our guests. Guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo with a single sink. We also have a stackable washer and dryer in our unit to ease your stay.

We offer an open concept kitchen/living room space. We offer seating for 4 at our kitchen bar area.

Amenities such as pool and grill area are available for use to relax & unwind during your stay with us.

We offer complimentary Wi-Fi for those that need to stay connected. We have the essentials needed for the beach, such as beach chairs, beach wagon, beach umbrella, beach towels and a small cooler.

This unit comes with a starter set of toiletries and paper products for your convenience to help you settle into your relaxing getaway. Please note that these items are not replenished once depleted.

We have convenient free parking available: 1 spot is provided for the guest.

All linens are provided.

The unit was great! Clean and comfortable...with everything one might need to visit for a few weeks. The communications with the owners made it easier to find the unit- especially at night. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. The property was centrally located- making it easy to access both the downtown area for restaurants and those necessary shopping trips to the pharmacy or grocery store. We look forward to returning next year.

Size was great for what I wanted. Quiet and friendly. Great area. My only complaint would be the front 2nd bedroom. The light literally shines through the blinds which made it difficult for my son to sleep. It was perfect outside of this small detail…
