The condo was just perfect for our stay , everything as advertised, really clean and bonus with a washer and dryer, the grounds were incredible and clean , great for relaxing in the lounge chairs looking over the isles with the boats going by , would definitely love to stay here again .

The location was very nice. It was exactly as described. I definitely would book again. Just make sure you stay in touch with the property owner long before it’s time to check in or else you might be not able to get in right away when you get there.

We really liked that the condo was within a short walk to the beach, as well as food and drink options, but still felt relatively quiet and tucked away. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer, plus some beach supplies like towels, sunscreen, and chairs inside the unit.

Nice easy check-in. The backyard on the intercostal is so peaceful and beautiful! The neighborhood is great for walking and everything you need is just a short walk away. I would come back again.

Really loved this apartment. It was clean, comfortable and affordable. Appreciated that there were beach chairs and towels. View of the intracoastal from the outside deck and a block to the beach. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but was glad it was an option. It was all easy and restful. Highly recommended!

The location was excellent, the condition of the place was poor. It hadn’t been cleaned, there was a leak under the kitchen sink, broken microwave, broken drawer in bedroom. Let the host know and was told it would be taken care of. It never was, I cleaned myself. Then we were told the place smelled like we had smoked in it once we left. Absolutely not true!!! Also amenities were not good for a vacation place like plasticware for outside use

This property is in a great location. It had everything one would need for a nice stay. The complex was very nice with very nicely kept grounds . And folks there were helpful and friendly. The host was very quick to respond to a concern about how to work the TV's. I would definitely rent this property again. Its good for one or two people---with a child.

The property location is awesome. The grounds are meticulously taken care of. There are beautiful flowers and plants everywhere. The actual unit is in very rough shape. From having a very difficult time getting the actual lock on the door to work, to actually trying to talk to Erica. There was mold in the shower, kitchen doors and cabinets are broken. Pots and pans need to be thrown away. Not much matching glassware, lighting is poor and blinds don’t close completely for privacy. I wasn’t sure if the unit was even cleaned.
