Beautiful 2-bedroom villa with private pool in a peaceful setting

Two spacious bedrooms with king size beds comfortably sleep up to 4 people. Further single beds are available upon request. Both bedrooms have large sliding glass doors providing direct access out onto the sundeck, pool and garden. There are two bathrooms finished to a high standard with black granite surfaces, modern fittings, waterfall showers and a handmade terrazzo bath.

The large living room has plenty of space and facilities - a large teak sofa and armchair, a 40' plasma TV with cable, a DVD player and a Hi Fi stereo system. The Western-style kitchen has all mod-cons and the dining area is suitable for up to 6.

There is a private infinity edge swimming pool, large sundeck with sunbeds and sunshade, a BBQ, table and chairs and a well-kept garden. A perimeter wall, dotted with plants and night lights, makes this a perfect private space for a relaxing tropical break.

A maid service is provided every 3 days (more on request) and, taxis, a driver or hire cars can be arranged. A dedicated team on-site can make recommendations for what to do and see and will help make bookings. All costs and taxes are included in the price apart from electricity which, unless agreed otherwise, is charged separately based on meter readings taken before and after.

We enjoyed the property very much for our honeymoon. Check in/out easy. Transportation needed, we used Grab app as we did not want to chance using scooters. Home comes with 4 towels, dishware, washing machine, etc. Home was a quiet oasis

Stunning Villa

Luxurious, spacious & peaceful villa with lovely decor & furniture. We had a very relaxing chilled stay at Villa Lombok. Check in was easy & the staff, especially Luck looked after us extremely well going out of her way to help us with hiring a bike, car, shopping & advice. The garden & private pool was amazing & made us feel like we were in our own piece of paradise. I would highly recommend Villa Lombok. Thank you for a memorable stay. :)

Lovely Villa

Nice and clean - pool has the sun on all day so nice and warm - quiet area hardly any noise - water pressure in both showers is great - great walk in wardrobe with safe - shops 5 mins walk away - staff very helpful and pleasant - garden area good size and tidy. only one small negative - few pool tiles need replacing and a couple of loose/cracked paving slabs which could cause an accident.

The property was completely flooded... the owner can't do anything about that.

Unfortunately, it was not possible to stay. When we arrived, the entire garden and the pool had been destroyed by flooding. Unfortunately, we were not informed of this before we arrived. This would have been very easy to do, as we had already been in Bangkok for a week. I got around 40% of the rental price back from the owner of the house as compensation. In addition, the house is completely unsuitable without your own vehicle. We were then forced to stay in a hotel, which cost around twice as much as the villa for the period.

The dream stay that never came to be

My partner and I had booked this accommodation for 1 week in February, although it is actually for 4 people, but we thought that we would have plenty of space for ourselves and would rather enjoy our stay alone. We already booked in October 2024 and had made a lot of plans around the area of this home, we had also arranged with Scooter during our stay via the landlord of the home. We were in Krabi 1 week before we were going to Phuket and 2 days before we were actually supposed to be at the villa, we are told that the villa is suddenly double-booked and that we can't be there anyway, we have to find another place.It comes as a shock since we have already received confirmation months in advance that the home is confirmed to be available! Are offered a refund of the amount for the home or to accept another villa as a replacement, this is also more expensive. Here the owner is kind and pays the remaining amount so that we don't have to spend more money. But what we get is nowhere near the same! High standard of the villa, but almost no sun at the villa that it is on the very other side of Phuket. All the plans we had for our trip were changed 2 days before.Unfortunately, communication was a bit slow with the owner, it took time to get an answer, but things worked out in the end! Would have loved to have had our stay in Rawai, but it didn't turn out that way. Can't therefore rate our stay but rather poor communication between landlord and customer.

Best experience in a holiday home

On arrival we met Jackie the manager and the first thing she loaned us was a Thai mobile with her number in it. We used the Taxis she recommended and the hire car both of which we found to be excellent. She is a diamond nothing was too much trouble. we used restaurants suggested by her she made our holiday. The pick up and drop off at the Airport was all arranged so from arrival we felt relaxed. We would give this a 10/10 great people to deal with. Terry and Anne

Beautiful villa, excellent management service and superbly peaceful location. Everything we wanted.

The villa was just what we wanted, very clean and peaceful. The management service for cleaning as well as the meet and greet made everything simple and easy for us. The pool was amazing , again serviced twice a week, and used by us EVERY SINGLE day. We even had brand new poolside beds arrive while we were there. It was exactly as described and we loved the privacy of the place. While this does mean that transport is essential that was no problem for us at all. SO peaceful that waking up to the birds singing was also wonderful. Other than the pool our daily visit to the beach at Nait Harn was an absolute dream with a wonderful walk along the beach an swim in the sea. Plenty of nearby bars and restaurants mad eating out a pleasure and nearby supermarkets also enabled trouble free eating in when we wanted to. a final small but very important think. The wi-fiin the villa was also excellent.

Beautiful villa in quiet setting

Beautiful villa set at the end of a private road. Felt very safe & secure there. Off the beaten track so you will need car/ bike . Lovely to wake up & open the doors to the pool for a swim every morning . Good AC units in all rooms . Plenty of space .

We had a great time!

We had a girls holidays in Phuket and stayed at Fergus's villa for 5 days. It was great to have a private pool and wake with such a lovely view into the garden! Enrico has also been really helpful to help us out with few taxi and car arrangment! Definitely recommend to rent a car and drive around the island. We also spotted few street markets opened few days a week for less than 10minutes drive from the house on the main road where you get the most authentic, yummy and cheapest food, definitely recommend to check it out! Thanks again for the lovely stuff and making our stay enjoyable! Lucie

2 Wochen haben wir in dieser Villa verbracht!Wir kamen um 12 Uhr Miitags an an! Leider mussten wir dann noch Ca 3 Std auf das Haus warten! Wurden in dieser Zeit jedoch super betreut durch die VillaManagerin! Das Haus ist identisch mit den Bildern! Jedoch ...ich hatte es etwas geahnt....gab es hier und da kleine Mängel! Die große Dusche im MasterBedroom sah doch schon durch Kalk etwas mitgenommen aus! Andere Möbelstücke...z.B Vorhänge oder die Couch dürften mal gereinigt werden! Am Rand des Pools Spuren von Algen! Sehr wenig Besteck ...Kleine Dinge die mit einfachen Mitteln behoben werden könnten...wirklich nicht schlimm :-) ! Die Betreuung durch die VillaManagerin war einfach top! Jeder Wunsch oder auch Anliegen wurde gleich erfüllt! Sie war immer erreichbar ! Ein Mietwagen und auch Taxi wurden durch Sie organisiert! Mietwagen aufgrund der Lage wirklich sinnvoll! Insgesamt war es echt wunderschön ! Würde die Villa jederzeit erneut buchen!

Great Experience!

Thanks again Fergus for an amazing trip! Met my fiance here after months apart and couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting. The villa was even better in person. Everything is immaculate and the cleaning staff, pool dude and gardener keep everything above standard. The location to me is ideal as you are a short drive to the bars, crazy nightlife (Patong) if you choose, but far enough away that at the end of the day, you can get away from it all. The EasyHome staff, especially PJ, went out of there way to help us with locating restaurants and amenities, finding us the best deals on excursions and even brought us local food twice...very impressed with the service! The villa is a bit off the beaten path so I would suggest a car but to me that's what makes this villa quiet, peaceful and better than most. I would definitely recommend this place to families, friends and couples as Thailand is a place where any type of vacation is availalbe to you...whatever you want to make of it! Thanks again Fergus for a wonderful stay and I'm looking forward to a repeat in the future.. Aaron & Kat

Your own piece of paradise

What a great find! We've been to Thailand many times but this was by far the best place we've stayed. The villa is immaculate and well proportioned. It's hard to beat waking up every morning and being a few steps from your own private pool. The villa is in a small development that is surrounded by a rubber plantation meaning it's the perfect peaceful escape for a couple. However Rawai, where the villa is based, is close enough to all of Phuket's main attractions. The night life is a short taxi away and there are some stunning restaurants within walking distance. We took the chance to go scuba diving from a local company in Rawai. It's a great spot for diving with lots of different sites. We saw leopard sharks, turtles and some beautiful lion fish. Overall I can't recommend this place enough. Arranging the trip was very easy and the owner was more than happy to ask our questions and give suggestions on what to see. We'll definitely be back!

Affordable Luxury Tropical Break

Simply amazing, was completely blown away. The villa was superb, modern and maintained to an excellent standard. Everything you could want from a holiday rental was provided for and anything extra was no hassle for the management staff at Easy Home Phuket. From being collected from Phuket International airport to having our hirecar ready and waiting for us when we arrived at the Villa. Being based in Chalong all the main attractions were very close by. We got in a round of golf, made several trips to the glorious Nai Harn and Kata Noi Beaches, took a ferry over to Phi Phi for a couple of days and went out for a scuba trip with one of the local divemasters. Arranging all of this was made easy with access to free Wi-Fi at the Villa. Overall we had a very relaxing couple of weeks, to get the most out of what is on offer I would recommend hiring a car if you plan to spend time away from the villa. I will definitely be coming back

Nous avons loué cette magnifique villa et y sommes restés 11 jours. Il n'y a rien à redire, tout y est parfait. Elle est située dans un quartier très calme au fond d'une impasse et les photos correspondent parfaitement à la réalité. La villa et la piscine étaient très propres et le ménage effectué tous les 3 jours. Nous avons, par le biais de Orasa, loué des motobikes avec lesquelles nous avons sillonné les sud de l'île. Nous avons bénéficié d'un temps superbe, ce qui nous a permis de faire de la plongée avec bouteilles à KOH YANOI et de visiter les superbes îles de KOH PHI PHI LEH et KHO PHI PHI DON. Les plages côté ouest de l'île sont très belles, particulièrement Nuy Bay, Kata Noi Beach, Nay Harn Beach et Laem Sing Beach. (Avons fui Pattong Beach !) Book this villa if you can!

We just wanted to write a review to anyone who is considering booking this villa - We sadly missed out to book this for Christmas next year however the inbetween process before the booking could not have been more seamless. Fergus clearly knows how to look after prospective clients and he gave us details in terms of local gyms, spa's etc as well as information about the local area even before we had committed. His client care skills are great and we can compare this against many luxury holidays we have taken and one most recently, which claimed itself to be 5* and was so far removed as a result of many things, but most notably the way we were treated by the owner of the villa. We have managed to find another villa for Christmas 2012 but I urge you to seriously consider booking this villa as its gorgeous on paper and have no doubt it would live up to expectations.

We had a great stay in Phuket complimented by our villa accommodation which turned out to be just wonderful, very high quality inside and out and the pool was divine!! As long as you rent a car as we did then you will have a fantastic holiday.

Very peaceful place

My husband and I have been to Phuket a number of times and usually stay at one of the major hotels on the West coast - Surin or Bangtao. We thought we'd try a villa holiday this year (March) and were really pleased with the choice! For us it was the peace and quiet that made all the difference. No construction noise, live music, jet skis, children screaming... just us, and the crickets. The other villas close by are all single storey so we were not overlooked in the pool or garden, which was really nice to know. Found the owner very helpful throughout the booking process - he supplied us with maps (which we used to get to the beaches and viewpoints etc), photos of the villa, and helped with the car hire. Also, the villa management were useful for booking us taxis in the evenings and the like. Definitely a villa convert and would go back again!

Beautiful villa, perfect break... back soon!

I stayed here in June and had a really wonderful time. Great weather despite it being the low season - apparently! Anyway, the villa was perfect for what my fiance and I were looking for. It was really luxurious and immaculately kept (it actually looks like in the photos!). The pool was really warm and clean and there was loads of space inside and out. I loved the stones in the bathrooms! It's in a really nice private spot - which might not be ideal if you want to be right in the heart of Patong with all its bars etc but, if you value peace and quiet on your holiday then it's perfect. There's also a tennis court, volley ball court and lots more sporting activities literally 1 minute walk away (called Phuket sports club or something). And if you walk on another 5 mins you can get some amazing views from the hills. I really recommend the place and plan to go back at some point on our honeymoon next year!

I live in London and work in marketing as the day job. I bought the villa back in 2009 off-plan and it was completed in early 2010.

It's been a great little project for me and my guests seem really satisfied. Luckily I use a dedicated management company out in Phuket to keep the villa in good condition and look after my guests.

Why they chose this property

I had been to phuket a couple of times - the first was at the tsunami time when I was actually with my family on a speedboat on the way to phi phi. We were very lucky to say the least. Since then I've had a bit of an affinity with Phuket and the people (and food!).

In 2009 I started looking at investing in a villa. This was actually the only one I would buy. If I didn't get the price I needed for this then I wouldn't have bought any other. I think it's down to two things.

First, I just loved the architecture. Although balinese in design it looks perfectly at home amongst the rubber plantations and palm trees. I really liked the pitched roofs and the ceiling that gives in the master bedroom. I also really liked the way all the doors open up fully to the outside so it feels like one space. Also the pool is just amazing. It stays warm all year but it's just cool enough to offer relief on a really hot day.

Secondly, I think the location is great. I won't lie, being right on a lovely beach would have been better but it would have cost more than double. Although this spot in Rawai is a bit out the way, I figure if you are going to want a hire car to get around and taxis in the evening then you might as well be in a really quiet area that's a bit further out. It's still only a few minutes from beaches and restaurants but, day and night, it's so quiet and peaceful at the villa. Just standing around in the pool with a beer can be pretty special...
