Nestled in Cincinnati, this delightful apartment offers a superb stay for guests. The cozy bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. With a spacious living room and a sofa bed, there's plenty of room to unwind after a day of exploring. Guests can enjoy the convenience of amenities like an iron, heating, and AC. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Cincinnati and our apartment has to offer.

There is plenty of free street parking either in the front on Riverside Drive, the nearby side street Ridgeley Street or along the softball fields on Babb Alley. The driveway directly behind the house is not my property and you cannot park there. YOU WILL BE TOWED.

The location is very convenient. The house offered a comfortable reprieve after the days activities. It was a little hard to understand the layout of the property from the online photos. Great for 1-2 nights due to noise level of the street the property is on. We loved sitting on the deck watching locals play softball in the spring.

We love this place! Great location for us, love the back deck with view of the river. Great restaurants within walking distance and just a quick drive to Mt Lookout. We had stayed here in the past and were very happy Michael acquired the property and continued to offer it. Great property and wonderful host! We will return and highly recommend to others.

The location was wonderful, parking was a breeze to find, and there was lots of space in the house! The back porch is pretty great. The front room is the bedroom, so if traffic noise bothers you, this might not be the place for you. Even with that, I have no complaints :) black-out curtains and other accommodations were provided without asking. Would definitely stay here again!

Michael was an excellent host. The house suited us well for our short stay. We love the old home feel with tall ceilings and beautiful hardwood flooring. The bed was super comfortable so much so that we inquired on the brand. All in all we had a great stay at Michaels home. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

We stayed here to be near family for a wedding-related event. The apartment is located within walking distance of a great coffee shop and a really good deli. The host, Michael, was very responsive and allowed me to change my check-in time to accommodate my arrival. The apartment is on the ground floor of what must be an historic home, so it has the associated character inside, including older fixtures, bathtub/shower, and a small kitchen (which we did not use). If you are sensitive to the odor of cigarette smoke or to dust, you may want to choose another location. I wished the shower curtain wasn't mildewed and the towels smelled more fresh Bed was comfortable, WiFi worked well, A/C was cold. Maybe I'm not a Vrbo person.
