THE SPACES

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have full private access to the home, including all 4 ensuite bedrooms, theatre/game room, deck, kitchen, living areas, office, laundry, and private driveway parking. The home is exclusively yours. Garage, shed, locked owner closets, and bluff stairs are not accessible. The pond and meadow visible from the home are off-property and not accessible.

HOUSE POLICIES

Photo ID for all adults over 18 is required within 72 hours of booking. Photo ID name must match the name on the reservation.
No smoking, vaping or illegal substances on the property.
No unregistered guests at any time.
No pets are allowed.
No events, parties, or large gatherings. Micro weddings allowed with additional fee and coordination prior to booking.
No guests under 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Be mindful of uneven surfaces in the yard, driveway, sidewalk/walkways, & house.
Bluff side property- be aware of surroundings and supervise children at all times.
Restricted areas- three locked owner’s closets, outdoor bluff stairs, shed, and garage are inaccessible to guests.  Private driveway parking is available to guests (Do not drive on garden circle in driveway).
Respect check-in and checkout times in EDT time zone.
Be respectful and take care of our home. Clean up any spills immediately.
Clean up any water/ liquids on the floor immediately
Do not move or rearrange furniture, theatre projector equipment or landscaping lights.
All windows and doors must be locked when guests are not on premises.
Note: Guests are financially responsible for any damage or financial loss caused during or after their stay.
Note: This property has cameras located on the porch (doorbell), driveway, and in the locked, non-guest accessible garage. These cameras record video and audio. There are no cameras inside any guest-accessible areas, ensuring your privacy throughout the home.
