Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This farmhouse was the first built in Fennville, MI. We're happy to continue the beautiful story that generations have already built.

Located on 2 private, lush acres, with 3 full kitchens, 3 living rooms, and several outdoor spaces, this property has plenty of room for you and your family/friends to spread out and explore. This hidden gem is located next to Crane's Pie Pantry and across from Bella Vista Farm, it's a great spot to exhale.

We are close to everything you’ll want from a vacation. We are a short drive to South Haven, Douglas and Saugatuck. Very close to Hutchin's Lake, a short drive to Pier Cove Beach, West Side County Park, multiple wineries and located just across the street from U-Pick Bella Vista Farms, just 2 doors down from Cranes Restaurant and Pie Pantry and Cranes U-Pick. Our property overlooks Cranes orchard and corn maze. We have plenty of parking with driveways on either side of the property and plenty of outdoor space as well as multiple porches to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset or a cup of coffee in the morning. We look forward to hosting you and providing a memorable place for you and your family and friends!

I am a recently retired Corporate event planner. My husband and I fell in love with Fennville Michigan when we first visited during Covid and needed an escape with our kids. We loved it so much we ended up with a home here ourselves in 2021. We then found this property last year and became passionate to save it due to its history as the first farmhouse in Fennville. We hope you love it as much as we do!

As soon as you pull into the property, you can feel yourself unwind with views of nothing but greenery, Orchards, Hutchins Lake in the background. Plenty of room to spread out in the large backyard. The home is completely surrounded by mature trees that block any road noise and allow you to relax.
