Nytt för hösten 2019, Grill, Hot tub, spår, 3. 3 tunnland - bara 4 mil från Saugatuck!

Vi vet att du kommer att njuta av din vistelse i vårt vackra Saugatuck-hem på 3 hektar bara 8 minuter från centrum. Detta hem har en ny känsla i hemmet (konstruktion 2014), välvda tak, plyschmatta, badtunna och gott om sovplats. De större sängarna har alla nya lyxmadrasser och våningssängarna har bekväma madrasser med minneskum. Alla sängar har mjuk egyptisk bomullssängkläder.

Vardagsrummet har gott om sittplatser runt en 55 "platt-TV med öppen spis. Köket är utrustat med gott om köksredskap och förberedningsverktyg du behöver för att förbereda dina måltider och har ett bord som rymmer 10-12. Det finns ett kompletterande tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare och ett strykjärn.

Gangkällaren har ett högt tak och massor av fönster som gör att det känns som bottenvåningen. Den har ett biljardbord, 75 "TV och ett extra bord med plats för upp till 8. Om du är på humör att grilla, finns det en naturgasgrill i trädgården, tillsammans med en uteplats med 2 bord som rymmer 12.

På baksidan uteplats finns det en enorm ny 500 gallon, 7-personers badtunna, med massor av strålar, ljus och ett vattenfall. Allt är mycket rent och du kommer att njuta av det höga, välvda taket.

Fun home in Michigan

We had 2 families stay at the home ( 9 people) and there was plenty of space! Downstairs game room a huge hit with kids AND adults! Good central, peaceful location for exploring many fun cities in MI. House was very clean, beds were comfortable!The property owners were responsive. Great family weekend with adult children

Beautiful home for 6 adults and 3 children 4 and under. Comfortable beds for everyone to spread out. Fun little trail on property with surprise giant chair the kids loved. Hot tub, fire pit and grill were great! Kitchen well equipped for cooking big meals for a crowd. Very close to Saugatuck for walking around. Went to Saugatuck Dunes SP for an icy hike on Sunday. Lake was very cool!

Very nice place for a family

Great Stay!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable experience. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions but still peaceful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Family time and Christmas

We rent homes that can fit our adult children and their children for a long weekend of fun. Paul and Krissy are hosts that provide those little details that set them apart from just any rental- from the local coffee, activities in the lower level to a stocked fire pit area and clean hot tub.

Grade School Girlfriend Trip

We absolutely loved your home and enjoyed it to the fullest! We rarely wanted to leave as it was so comfortable and inviting! We loved all the property and privacy! It was a treat to relax with our coffee, drinks, snacks and cards on the upper deck. Of course, the hot tub was awesome! Paul, you were an incredible host and so easy to work with. Perfect Family Vacation

We stayed here for a family wedding nearby. Hosts were easy to communicate with and the house was exactly as shown in the listing. It was perfect for our family and we appreciated all the space and the well stocked kitchen. The yard and walking trails were beautiful and the kids loved the all the games. Very grateful the hosts allowed us a little extra time for check out that made the day after the wedding flow smoothly and not stressful!

Perfect for our three families

This house was just perfect for all of our families. The teens loved spending time downstairs playing pool and the indoor basketball game. They spent almost every evening in the hot tub. It was close enough to Oval Beach and Holland and was just a 30 min drive to South Haven. We all.had such a great time we already want to go back.

The home was very comfortable & well stocked. There were trails that we explored on the property and had a scavenger hunt which all the kids loved. Plenty of room for our large family. We really appreciated the owner sending us the rental info prior to our arrival which included places to go & a list of nearby restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Griepp Girls Cousins Reunion 24!

13 cousins that meet every year for a fun trip chose Tulip Time 24! We stayed at this beautiful home in Hamilton. No one had to fight for bathroom time—ample beds—fully stocked kitchen and laundry- hot tub was delightful- we lit a fire for s’mores but got rained out….no matter because the dining room table was plenty big to host intense games of Rumikub etc. We met the owner and had a lovely chat. I’m sure he would have accommodated our request for things, but we didn’t need anything! We would recommend this immaculate home to anyone. New memories were made! Highly recommend this delightful home for your getaway!

Girls weekend

What a wonderful rental. We very much enjoyed our stay here for our girls weekend. This was an amazing place to stay and we will be back. The amenities were well thought out by the host and we were missing nothing. From the well stocked kitchen, the hot tub/with towels, the games outside and in. This is a lovely property. The host quickly responded to any questions or concerns.

Beautiful home and setting

Our family of 11 had a wonderful weekend! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, fun trail walk behind the house, and very clean. Nice to have a grill and hot tub (we used both!). I would highly recommend!

Paul and Krissy är värd

We've lived in Holland since 1998. Paul is an engineer by degree but left his job in Jan 2015 to pursue a new career as a landlord. We own several long term rental properties in the area and decided to add this beautiful home as a vacation rental. Krissy uses her degree in accounting to manage the financial side of the business. Our three boys keep us busy with soccer in the fall, Legos year round, and boating beautiful Lake Michigan in the summer.

We purchased the house next door in 2017 to use as a vacation rental. We have enjoyed that, so when the owner of this house approached us and said he wanted to sell, we said - why not?
