Homestead Retreat

Charming home with gardens, chickens and bunny and a cat. Located in Salisbury, just 3 miles off of I-85.
The homestead is a private residence that was designed to be a place to raise our family in a home that feels like both a home and a retreat. A place where we can welcome others to rest as well.
After RV living for 2.5 years and falling in love with the outdoors, we created a space that feels like the indoors meets the outdoors.
Can sleep up to 10 with an air mattress + the couch.

We loved our stay at this charming home! We stayed there since our daughter goes to Catawba College. It’s conveniently located close to the college yet set back on beautiful, quiet property.

We are a family of three daughters who love the outdoors most of the time more than the indoors. We love travel as well as spending weekends in our RV.

We live in on a quiet street on the edge of the city with woods on one side. We ask that you respect the quietness of our neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Our homestead retreat is both our private residence as well as a place that others can rent to enjoy. We only rent it out in the summer time so that you can get maximum enjoyment out of the property. There are gardens, chickens, a bunny and a cat.
We also have a construction business that uses the driveway to park trailers/trucks on the back side of the property.
