Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off the A/C unit.
Close the propane gas tank and Disconnect the tank adaptor from tank.
Place all used towels on the shower floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. To respect the quiet enjoyment of our neighbors, parties or large gatherings are not permitted.
NO SMOKING or USE OF FIRE permitted inside the property. “No Smoking” includes the use of vape products, tobacco, and marijuana.
No parking is permitted on the lawn. In the event that you need to park on-street, please keep our neighbors in consideration.
