Really enjoyed the pool a lot. It’s very private. And well maintained. Clean. Appreciated all the K- cups and basics: coffee creamer, equal, salt/pepper. Plenty of nice towels, beach towels and even face clothes that were super soft. Beds were very comfortable. Soft sheets. Plenty of TP and paper towels. Would recommend trading in 2 or 3 of the 4 corkscrew’s for an ice cream scoop and 2 more coffee cups. A nice absorbent rug in the kitchen by the back door would also be helpful after swimming. One more noodle would have been welcomed. The only other comment would be regarding the number of cameras in the back of the property. Definitely no skinny dipping or removing a wet suit before going inside. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this property. Thanks!

The location was great for our needs, but there are a few things to consider. The house is listed as pet friendly, but dogs are not allowed on the furniture. The weight limit also changes from up to 50 lbs on the listing to under 35 lbs in the check-in information. That wasn't an issue for us, but it could be for someone else. There are also no rugs inside the house, so bringing soft bedding (especially for senior dogs) is a must. I would describe it less as “pet friendly” and more as “small pets tolerated.”The A/C can only be lowered to 74and does not circulate particularly well. On Friday, we were in the pool when the pool technician arrived without any advance notice. We had to awkwardly scramble out so he could service it, and afterward the pool could not be used for four hours. I don't mind routine maintenance at all, but a warning ahead of time would have allowed us to plan around it.The location, as I said, was great for our needs. With better communication about the property restrictions and scheduled maintenance, the stay would have been much more enjoyable.

Personally, this was not the house for us but it might work for others. Communication with the owner was good and the house was clean enough, although the floors seemed to be dirty (our white socks came up dirty after walking on the floors). But mostly, the house just wasn't very comfortable and didn't look like much effort had gone into making it a welcome place to stay. There is a kitchen but it was sparse, not even a hand towel to dry the dishes. We tend to go on vacation with our children and cook family meals so we can eat together; there weren't enough bowls or utensils to do this, a problem we've never had in a VRBO property before. The living room is tiny, with a small tv that's hard to hear, and three sofas. No decoration, no coffee table to rest a drink on, nothing. Beds were ok but very light and limited bedding, for example, just a light bedspread and no additional blankets. Honestly, it felt like the property was designed to be light and quick to clean rather than designed for the comfort of its clients. All that said, if you're there to go to theme parks all day and just use the property as a place to sleep and shower, this could work well for you. The shower was great, by the way! The house is on a quiet, residential street and within 30 minutes of many of Orlando's theme parks. If, on the other hand, you're looking for a place to come and relax, read a book in a comfy seat or just hang out, I would not recommend it.
