I chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds. This gated property comes with a peaceful environment while still being close to Chicago’s top attractions. Guests can enjoy South Shore Beach/cultural center just walking distance from the property, nearby parks, restaurants, all while having quick access to downtown. It’s a great location for travelers who want to relax but also be in the heart of the city when they choose.

My property is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Guests love the game room with a pool and ping pong table, the bar area for gatherings, and the large flat screens perfect for movie nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig, dishware, and an Alexa smart screen for music and streaming while you cook.
