Boardwalk Resort and Villas offers everything you need for a serene oceanside getaway. Located on the Virginia Beach Boardwalk and only a few steps from the shores of the Atlantic, opportunities for entertainment, recreation and relaxation await just outside your Suite. Spend your days bouncing between the beach and the boardwalk, then return to the resort where you’ll find an indoor pool and hot tub for all-season swimming.

The queen suites accommodates up to 4 people. The bedroom offers a queen size bed, and a balcony overlooking the city. The living room has a pull out sofa. Both the living room and the bedroom offer cable TV and free Wi-Fi. The suite offers a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area for 4.

~Check In/Out Time~

• Check-in: 4:00pm
• Check-out: 10:00am
• Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

~What you need to know before your arrival~

• At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made and you must be at least 21 years old to check into the resort
• A USD $28.75 plus tax Resort Fee will be required upon check in. This fee includes Guest internet access; Assortment of games and books; self-parking for 1 car; movie night; select daily activities; game equipment including: corn hole, giant bowling, checkers, connect four, 1 adult and 1 children snack bags.
• The Debit or Credit Card used to secure your booking must be presented at check-in. If the card is not presented, funds secured are reversed, and payment is secured on the new card. The Card owner must be present at time of arrival.
• A USD 200 Security Hold is required at time of arrival and must be placed on a major credit or debit card.
• We do our best to accommodate all special requests, but we are not always able to do so. Please contact us before your arrival.

~Property Policies~

• Responsibility for Charges and Damages: You are liable for all damages to the room(s) caused by you or your guests/invitees during your stay. You agree that guests in our room are authorized by you to charge to the room from anywhere in the resort or at any property, unless you advise the Front Desk otherwise.
• Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.
• Smoking Policy: Boardwalk Resort is a smoke free facility. If smoking occurs in the unit during your stay, a USD 250 cleaning fee will be billed to your account.
