This is the largest and best appointed residence on the top floor of the resort tower at the Ritz-Carlton Residences on Singer Island. 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath, 2 Terraces - 1 on the Atlantic Ocean side and 1 on the intracoastal. (total area 2,855 sq. Ft.).

Everything in this residence has been thoughtfully curated for luxurious living. The penthouse has voluminous 12 ft. ceilings with floor to ceiling windows. There is wide plank hardwood flooring and venetian plaster throughout. Reclaimed barrel oak ceilings and feature walls, original art and quality furnishings and fixtures from Restoration Hardware. Everything you need to enjoy a rejuvenating and relaxing retreat from everyday life.

The development includes an infinity beachfront pool, an on-site restaurant, two private movie theaters, two social rooms with pool tables, two gyms, concierge services and a secure entrance.

Nearby on Palm Beach Island there is upscale shopping on Worth Avenue and abundant dining options at some of the best restaurants in all of Florida.

There are many resort restaurants and services within walking distance on Singer Island.

Singer Island is in a great Palm Beach County location. 20 minutes to Palm Beach International Airport and 1 hour to Fort Lauderdale International Airport. It is close to Worth Avenue on Palm Beach Island for best in class shopping. And there are oodles of great dining options nearby.

But the greatest thing about the location is the proximity to and endless supply of outstanding outdoor recreational activities - golf, tennis, kayaking, parasailing, sport fishing, surfing, paddle boarding, pickle ball, boating, water skiing, jet skiing, snorkeling, scuba diving, horseback riding, swimming and bicycling.

Family of 5 - 2 teenage sons and 1 preteen daughter. We stayed for four nights and hated to leave. Communication was excellent. The Ritz property was beautiful and private. The sprawling condo offered panoramic views from every room and ample or space to spend time together or privacy to be apart! The high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows were gorgeous. Everyone had their own room and bathroom (with a view). Spacious closets for storing luggage out of sight and a chefs kitchen truly made it comfortable and enjoyable. Showers had fantastic pressure! The main pool is under construction, complete with Jack-hammer, but you couldn’t hear it inside the condo and they stopped working at a reasonable hour. It was never an issue for us. Great service at the lower pool and beach area.The beds/pillows/linens were all very nice and aplenty. Of note, the den has a fold out sofa that is really only suitable for a child.Overall, I would highly recommend this property. It was beautifully decorated and was a wonderfully relaxing place to stay. I absolutely hope to visit again!
