Watch the sunrise over the Blue Ridge from the covered front porch of this cedar and stone mountainside chalet. Beautiful landscaping, a well thought out floor plan, 9 ft. ceilings, and two living rooms with gas fireplaces are all part of this Massanutten home. The open main level features a great room with a stone fireplace, a well designed kitchen with granite countertops and seating, and a large dining table. The back deck includes a gas grill, large dining table, and a fire pit.

All linens for bedding, towels, and washcloths are provided. Paper goods such as toilet paper and paper towels are included. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, cups, utensils, cookware, microwave, and coffee maker. Guests only need to bring clothes, toiletries, and food. A washer and dryer are available.
Parking accommodates 4 to 6 vehicles between the driveway and street. The garage is locked and not available for guest use.

The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive, and the Appalachian Trail is 15 miles away with excellent hiking.

This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association and is governed by its rules and regulations along with federal and state laws. This is a residential community and nearby neighbors may be full time residents.
HOA Rules
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am and noise must not disturb neighbors.
Parking is limited to designated areas. All tires must be off the roadway if parked on the road. Do not block hydrants or park in front of other properties. Overflow parking is available at 4007 Peak Drive. Buses, campers, and RVs are not permitted and violators may be towed.
Open fires are not permitted except in the designated fire pit. A spark screen must be used and fires may never be left unattended. Fire pit use is not allowed during quiet hours and may be restricted during local emergency conditions.
No illegal substances are allowed and open containers of alcohol are prohibited on roads or common areas. No smoking inside the home. Violations incur a $750 fine. Smoking is allowed outside with proper disposal.
Pre approved dogs must be leashed outdoors and cleaned up after.
All trash must be taken to dumpsters at 4007 Peak Drive at checkout. A $75 fee applies if not removed. Trash should not be left outside due to wildlife.
Other Important Information
This home is located in the woods and guests may encounter insects and arachnids, especially when doors are open or lights are on.
Package delivery is not available.
Minimum booking age is 24.
