We’re truly glad to hear how much you enjoyed the home, the comfortable beds, the layout with the casita, and the beautiful yard and landscaping. It means a lot to know the space worked so well for your group and that you’d consider staying with us again. I’m genuinely sorry for the challenges you experienced, especially arriving late and being directed to the wrong house. I can imagine how frustrating that must have been after a long day of travel. I’m happy to share that we’ve since updated the map directions to help prevent this from happening for future guests, and we’ve also looped in our team so they’re aware and can better assist if anyone arrives after dark. I also completely understand how uncomfortable it would be to deal with a cold bedroom in December. That’s certainly not the experience we want for our guests. We’ve shared your feedback with our maintenance team so the heat in the primary bedroom and the fireplace can be fully checked and addressed. We really appreciate your kind words and your honesty, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again!
