-Refund %50 of pet fee if it is managed properly. No overnight additional guests past 8pm.-7am. No more than 4 guests without approval from the owner.
Guest is not allowed mail delivery or change of address to this addres. Guest may not change any locks or garage door settings. No holes in the walls.

Dennis is great. He was on demand when we needed anything. He resides on same road as his VRBO so he is STAT for any needs. Out of the 3( bed)rooms the bed closest to the bathroom was sooo comfortable. This location is close to Walgreens DQ gas stations etc....very quiet neighborhood. We did not have any pets. We stayed 3 weeks so that alone should show how nice this place is. There is also a garage with automatic door opener for anyone staying in the winter months. Dennis did have coffee readily available for first 3 days depending how much coffee you drink. Kitchen had everything needed to make meals. Towles, sheets, blankets, etc provided for. Lovely stay thank you Dennis
