SUMMARY
This stylish 18th-century New Mexican home has been lovingly updated with a high-end contemporary aesthetic that still pays tribute to Santa Fe’s unique and historic style. No detail was left out from the tasteful selection of modern furniture to the luxury linens and towels. You will find it hard to leave this beautiful home, but Santa Fe’s historic plaza is only a block away! This home also offers easy access to the Railyard.

LIVING AREA
The living is centered around the 72” smart TV, which is connected to a Sonos sound system that is wired throughout the house. A kiva fireplace is off to the right for additional ambiance.

The sofa converts to a queen bed for additional guests.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen is fully equipped, and features authentic Mexican tile countertops. The dining table seats six and is flanked by another Kiva fireplace.

BED AND BATH
The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bath. The guest bedroom features a king bed, with a bathroom just outside of the door that is shared with the living room.

- This home is cooled by a swamp cooler rather than traditional AC. Swamp coolers are standard and effective in New Mexico`s dry climate.

- This home is NOT pet-friendly. Our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each check out. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.
