Its a really nice new home. But there was plumbing issues both days we stayed there. They were very responsive and tried to repair the problem as quickly as possible. Nevertheless it was a little frustrating that we couldn't take a shower or us the bathroom.

Thank you for the review. And we apologize again, as you mentioned it is a new home and we’re still working bugs out. Septic problem was a switch in the aerobic system (completely out of our control)! It has been corrected. We hope if you’re in the area again you will stay again and let us make it up to you.

My family and I love Lake Texoma and we love hosting guests at our newly built vrbo home. We stayed at a home similar to this years ago and fell in love with the floor plan. Each bedroom has its own bathroom providing privacy and comfort. We take pride in providing necessities for a comfortable stay and as locals we care about our beautiful town and our reputation.

Why they chose this property

Buncombe creek has the perfect set up for a golf cart ride to the Lake or surrounding trails. Buncombe also has lots of talented fishing guides available to host a guided fishing trip. This lake community is beautifully kept and so relaxing. The twisted anchor is a fun atmosphere to go out to eat and the marina has plenty of needed lake supplies. There is a dollar general within a few short miles.

What makes this property unique

An open kitchen and living room floor plan provides comfort and plenty of room for socializing along with a beautiful, professional pool table! Each bedroom has its own private bathroom as well. Parking is no problem with a concrete 3 car covered bay. And outside grilling comes with a picnic table and golf cart all available for use at no expense.
