Just a few minutes away from the beach, this property offers you the comfort you deserve after a long day of tanning and enjoying the nightlife. With a full kitchen, dining table and cozy area to relax in; it`ll be like you never left home!

Property has two rooms a kitchen and a shared bathroom for both rooms. Its situated right near Loiza street which is a hub for nightlife, food and social activities. It can get loud during weekends due to this but rest assured weekdays are very calm.

I`m here for anything you need! you might see me from time to time, wave hello don`t be shy.

Calle Las Palomas 104 is a peaceful neighborhood during the day, but at night (Wednesday - Sunday) it turns into a fun, vibrant locale for barhopping, dining and all other sorts of nightlife.

If you do smoke inside please just open the windows and do not smoke on the beds, otherwise you will be charged for any damage made to the bed/sheets or mattress. Please keep noise to a minimum as well & be courteous of your neighbors; he will call you out for being too loud. Please make sure gas stove is turned off (gas leaks are no good).
