Casa Sagrado is located on Sagrado Corazon Avenue very close to the Train Station, a CVS, and Sagrado Corazon University. It's a mostly residential area with a mix of single family and multi family homes along with some Condominiums. Sagrado Corazon Avenue connects Hato Rey to Santurce from South to North so there is some vehicular traffic in the area, but being a one lane street it is rather quiet.

It’s a wonderful house—very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The space is convenient, well set up, and made our stay enjoyable. While the neighborhood isn’t the best, the house itself truly stands out and offers great value for the price. Overall, a pleasant and worthwhile place to stay.

All my besties and I needed was a place to sleep and shower with a fridge and microwave. And that’s what I received. No frills. And I t was well located and close to everything I needed.

We had trouble getting in even with the instructions I contacted the host no response . The place was clean.There’s only one tv in the apartment . There was only one roll of tissue I message for another roll no response . Quiet area . Walmart is close by and all the activities is a few minutes away you don’t need a rental ,Ubers are very cheap Will book again

So clean!

When entered the unit the smell of cleanliness was noticeable, all the sheets, bathroom and floors were immaculate too. In addition, the unit had power generator through the two day outage. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent service, very helpful and friendly staff at the property, specially housekeeping staff who are the very best. Very clean, detailed and well renovated property. Good location, close to highways and touristic areas.

Gorgeous architecture and location

This property was the perfect location for our family visit to San juan. It gave plenty of privacy indoor and out while being close to some of the best locations. We were walking distance to a number of restaurants, including our favorite Casita Blanca. Just a short drive gets you too Old San Juan and all it has to offer in One Direction, and El Yunque rainforest in the other. We also loved the fact that a parking spot was included as parking in San Juan can be difficult to find. There was plenty of space for our family of four. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect!

The price and the setup can’t be beat! At times we felt a little far from our next adventure, but San Juan is actually completely easy to navigate from this spot. We loved it!

The apartment is clean and has a lovely patio. The pictures are accurate, and it’s conveniently located near the beach and many activities. It’s a good option if you plan to eat out most of the time.However, the space feels rather bare and lacks warmth, and many of the furnishings and items seem inexpensive (likely from Amazon or Temu). Several basic amenities were missing, such as dishcloths, cooking utensils, and a toaster. The sink is very small, making it inconvenient to wash dishes, and the living area is quite tight. One of the living rooms is also small, which makes it difficult for two people to sleep comfortably.It was also hard to get consistent hot water in the shower.Overall, it’s cute but not very practical. If you’re looking for something that feels more like a hotel, this place might suit you. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend it.

This was a beautiful property Casa Sagrado CS8 was amazing. Giancarlo’s communication was great, he checked in with us to ensure everything was good. There is 8 lots & I can’t speak for how the others were but I would recommend CS8, clean, modern, great location to everything for your vacation.

Nice option for small place in San Juan

We've stayed in san juan many times and this was a nice option for a small apartment in a different neighborhood. Giancarlo is the best communicator I may have ever had in my many VRBO experiences! So quickly response to everything! For the three of us (three older adults) the place -- especially common space -- was smaller than we had imagined and wanted but it met our needs, was very clean, and a fine place for a few days.

Responsive Host

Giancarlo was a great host. He was extremely responsive to my inquiries. The apartment is comfort and clean. Each room has individual cooling units. Wifi and Roku TV included. The neighborhood to get to the location isn't the best. I recommed you rent a car for sightseeing.

Pleasant apartment in a quiet neighborhood

The apartment was very easy to access with a lock box, clean and neat and comfortable. Roku TV with apps in the living room, a nice kitchenette, but we didn't need it. Cut separate shared patio area with lounge area and tanle and chairs overlooking a field. 10 mins or less in uber to Condado, Isla Verde or Viejo San Juan. Host was super responsive and checked in every day to see how our stay was going--even reset wifi and sent someone to fix the hot water on Easter. He went above and beyond in my opinion.

Great For Airport Convenience & Nearby Shopping

We had a nice stay at this cute aparment. Arrived after midnight, but had no issues with parking or entering gate or unit. Host sent us directions, parking, and gate entrance info, a few days prior to arrival. We stopped and got a few groceries before arriving. There was a refrigerator for our perishables. The cabinets were stocked with drinkware, utensils and cookware. We couldn't figure out the knob settings, for the 2 eye burner, so we didn't cook. Which was ok, since we ate out most days.The living room is smaller than I thought, but it worked out, for our family of 4. Mostly, there were 2 people on the couch, and 2 kids sitting at the dining table, to watch tv. Since I was on laptop, and kids playing phone games, the table was ok to chill out at.This place was on a quiet street, but the street always had a little traffic coming through. The apartment was very convenient to shopping. We had to go to Walmart, 3 times, to get items we forgot to pack. Luckily, it was only a 5-7 minute drive. There was a Walgreens store & pharmacy, right across the street from there. Along with dining options nearby.I took advantage of the terrace, at night. They had table and chairs, so you can relax. It overlooks a park-like setting. It was a nice area to chill, after getting the kids situated, for the night. Just a nice place to get your peace back, with the help of a glass of wine. lolOverall this was a great place to start off our Puerto Rico trip. We would return.
