A solo 15 millas del aeropuerto internacional de Charlotte y Uptown. El primer piso cuenta con una sala de estar abierta con pisos de madera, un dormitorio principal, así como un baño principal completo y vestidor. La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito. Arriba, incluye un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio, un altillo con 2 camas individuales y un baño completo. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful, whatever questions we had or anything we needed we were able to work out with Eli very easily. The home was well kept and had all of the amenities that we needed for our long stay. We stayed while relocating to Charlotte from out of state and we would recommend this home to anyone looking for something comfortable and close to the city while also being in a quiet neighborhood.

Spring Break Fun

Eli was an amazing host. He stayed in communication with me during our weeklong stay. The townhouse is well kept, the neighbors are friendly, and we loved working through the easy to access neighborhoods. We felt safe the whole week.

Great Stay!

Our group was in Charlotte for an extended work trip and had an excellent stay here! The home was in a very good location and well stocked/well maintained. The owner was very easy to work with and we had great communication. We will definitely stay here again when we return for future work projects!

Terrific rental

We were delighted to stay at Eli's apartment. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of space, great beds, nice linens, a decently equipped kitchen, parking, and excellent location in a quiet neighborhood close to every place we needed to go. Eli was readily available for questions. I wold definitely stay here again.

House hunting

Eli was fantastic to work with. He was incredibly responsive. The place was quiet and quaint and we were very comfortable. We very much enjoyed the back terrace area in the mornings!!

Great Rental

Eli made the check in and check out process super easy, even communicated that we could check in early because the home was ready. Accommodations were comfortable and as described. The community was quiet and accessible to all areas of town.

Eli Is A Wonderful Host!

My family and I needed a place to stay for an extended time as we prepared to move into our next home; we had some urgent timing matters and Eli was the most gracious hot we could've hoped for.

The perfect place to stay

I would like to say that this was a perfect place to stay. Close to the airport & easy to find. The neighborhood was great & friendly. The pool was a bonus. We had a very small hick-up & Eli was easy to get a hold of & very quick to resolve. I would stay here again & again. Townhouse review

Yes, the townhouse was very nice and clean. The property owner even put up a Christmas tree. I think the kitchen could of been better stocked. For example it had no pot holders(oven mitts) to take out hot food out of the oven. No potato masher for the mashed potatoes, no large bowls and more pans. I was making Christmas dinner so it would of been nice to have these. We would stay here again.

We rented this beautiful and clean townhouse conveniently located to Charlotte and surrounding towns. The townhouse is located in a residential community and convenient to the I495, shopping and restaurants. Eli, the owner, is also a pleasure to work with. Don't hesitate to rent this property!

Great Stay!

This property was exactly as represented and was a fantastic value! Our party had 3 adults, one child, and a small dog. Everything was very clean and we felt very safe. There were many little extras either left by other guests or by the owner, such as coffee filters, salt and pepper, extra paper towels, and laundry detergent. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Very Nice Property!

We enjoyed staying at this Beautiful University Town Home. The pictures depict the property perfectly, and there were a number of other special touches that added to the home away from home feeling. Great location

This property was clean and comfortable and in a great location. I've started to travel to Charlotte on business and this was a great alternative to the standard hotel. There were enough dishes and utensils to support eating-in rather than having to go to a restaurant every night. The townhome had everything I needed for my stay. My only nitpick, which has absolutely nothing to do with the home itself, is just it's proximity to the train. When the train comes by you can definitely hear it, but it's not so often that it's a problem. I'll definitely look to rent here again when I'm in Charlotte.
