Set on the beautiful Glades Country Club (Golf-Club), located very silent at Harrison Rd. The Condos are also called "Spanish Villas". The community offers all the amenities to enjoy the season in Florida. Ten swimming pools, nine tennis courts, a Clubhouse, Restaurant, Pro Shop, community events and social gatherings. Located 8 min. from famous 5th ave. 2-3 miles to the beach, shopping, restaurants and all the nightlife Naples has to offer - you will not find a more centrally located property for that price. Everything that might be needed is no more than 3 miles away.
Vacation Rental Amenities:
One-storied (no unit above, no stairs). Fully equiped home with new kitchen appliances. Linens, towels, dishes, 2 Flat TV´s, washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, High-Speed WiFi included. Little garden with accessibility from the bedroom and living room, 2 BR with full beds, first BR with extra large King, and second BR with King bed, parking is direct access to your door, all floors with tiles, fine arranged, one entrance and very silent living. This is a professionally decorated fully functioning home. There is nothing you can think of that you will need to bring from home! Questions left, just feel free to contact us! And you´ve got free parking in front of the condo.

Golf, this is the best value in town. Golf course is nealy brand new renovated and new designed, was a 5 million Dollar Project !!! Tee times are conveniently aired of the community cable channel in the condo so your time can be confirmed just by checking channel 8. This condo is located 1/8th of a mile from the clubhouse, pro shop, separate restaurant, main tennis court, and pool - you can walk to everything! For your pleasure you can access any of the multiple swimming pools and tennis courts within the community. Every night there are community games and social activities planed. Water aerobics and other physical activities are planed each day. Weekly trips for Glades residents are planed that are all-inclusive and very reasonable. In other words, The Glades Country Club Community is private, yet geared for families or retirees who are looking for Golf, Tennis, and Camaraderie among a great place to vacation. Free golf, pool, tennis, clubhouse, shuffle board, shopping, nature excursions. You will have access to 9 Pools !!!
