Sandestin Resort, New Portable AC upstairs, CLEAN Laurel Grove neighborhood stand alone home, sits on the 17th hole of the beautiful Raven Golf Course in the quaint Laurel Grove neighborhood of Sandestin. There is a neighborhood pool, gas grill and gym for you to use. Even though we are not on the beach we are a 9 minute golf cart ride away to Sandestin Private beach access. Our home faces directly south, and therefore has a delightful steady ocean breeze that can be enjoyed from our 500 square feet of covered porches. Our cottage has a spacious living area that includes the kitchen, dining, and great room with a 30 foot ceiling along with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Additionally we are offering our 6 seater and 4 seater golf carts(considering they are in working order do to other renters taking care of them) so you might have easy convenient access and fully enjoy the multitude of world class Sandestin amenities, including the beach, Baytowne Wharf, marina, tennis, and golf. Ocean Breeze Cottage has everything you need to relax and enjoy your time at the resort just minutes away. Master Bedroom: Located on the main level, a King-size bed with it’s own private access to the front porch along with a bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 2: Located on the main level, this is a perfect room for guests with King size bed along with a private full bathroom. There is also a door that goes out to the wrap around porch from this bedroom. Bedroom 3: Located on the upper level, with NEW AC unit installed just for that room, you feel as if you are in your own private quarters. This suite contains a 2 queen beds. This room also has its own bathroom with a shower and tub along with a nice walk in closet. This room is perfect for teens! Laundry Room: Located on the main level and is equipped with stacked washer and dryer units. Kitchen: Located on the main level and equipped with everything you need for cooking and entertaining. Great Room: A bright cheery room with two story vaulted ceiling and French doors opening out to the wrap around porch. There is a nice neighborhood pool and grill along with a workout room and restrooms for your use during your stay. We share our beach chairs, umbrella, kids toys for the beach and boggy boards - please bring them back. Please provide your own beach towels there are usually some extra for our air travelers. New play pack has been added(bring your own sheets). PARKING for TWO cars only plus golf carts. STRICTLY NO PETS and No SMOKING please!!

Fantastic family vacation home

The house was the best home in a quiet area of San Destin which is exactly what I was looking for. House was so clean and close to everything we were doing. The best was sitting on the porch every morning and evening enjoying time together. For sure when we return to Destin we will stay at this same home.

Perfect house for family beach vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Laurel Grove home. It’s just a short golf cart ride away from the beach, shopping, & restaurants. The house was immaculate & had very amenity we could ask for. The neighborhood & surroundings are super nice & quaint, with the pool only a short walk away. Mrs. Joy was a pleasure to rent from, only being a quick phone call or text away. Would definitely return.

Wonderful property

Very nice property. We have stayed at several Laurel Grove properties and the addition of a separate a/c unit upstairs was a nice touch. The owners were very easy to work with and communicated promptly. The home was stocked with almost anything you could think of. By far, this is the nicest property we have booked in Laurel Grove — we will definitely be booking again.

Stayed at this house for a couple's weekend getaway in the off season and it was a great time. The 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths are great with large beds and not a cramped bedroom in the house (unlike many rentals). The location is excellent and the golf cart is THE best way to get around Sandestin, I don't think we would stay at another property without one, its that good! The back porch on the golf course with the rocking chairs is great place to relax. The owner is very involved and easy to reach, much better than when going with a rental/property management company.

Love Laurel Grove and this house. Joy (owner) couldn’t have been any better or nicer or communicative-she was a delight. The kitchen had more dishes, pots and pans and spices than my kitchen at home!! And we love the location, right on the golf course so we can watch the golfers. The cart was brand new and was a 9 seater and had so much pick up. Also bikes-we have had to rent bikes in the past so that was so. Ice. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone

For my family and I, this entire setup was perfect without a hitch! The house clean, comfortable beds and great a/c. The golf cart was a huge bonus as were the instructions to any questions we may have. Joy and Miller were great with communication. I have no need to look else where for housing in this area because we hit a home run with this house and owners. The grandchildren already call it “Our Beach house”!

Great condo in great location

This condo owner has thought of everything and had additional amenities available. Her condo is clean and organized, and her instructions and labels throughout the condo made it so easy for my older parents to navigate. The porch was great with some extra green space. We used the bikes, boogie boards, and corn hole. Laurel Grove is probably the prettiest, shaded neighborhood in Sandestin.

Fabulous family time!

First let me say that any rental in Laurel Grove is an ideal location. We have come every year as a family for the past 5 years. This particular property is by far the best we have ever rented! It is well-cared for as seen by the spotless interior and quaint cottage decor. Joy, the owner, has thought of everything from the large supply of dishes and utensils to the phone chargers by each bed and the sound machines and fans in every room. She was quick to respond to any and every question we had. We loved it at this cottage! We have found our forever rental. 💕

Why they chose this property

First vacationed in Sandestin in 1979 and fell in love with it. Of all the neighborhoods in Sandestin, Laurel Grove is our favorite. Once we saw this Key West style cottage on the golf course, we knew it was exactly what we wanted. There is so much to do in Sandestin for people of all ages.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful Beach access, Bay, Marina, Shopping, Resturants, Bike and walking trails, playgrounds and tree houses, privacy, drive up access to the home, wonderful location.
