Just steps from the lake, this condo has the perfect feel for a romantic couple or small family. A real gas fireplace and jetted tub provide comfort in every season. A boat slip may be available upon request. The quiet neighborhood features both indoor and (seasonally) outdoor pools, hot tubs, (seasonally) pickleball courts and a beach. Morning coffee on the patio is great while you watch the duck boat tours go by — a uniquely local touch that guests love.

This waterfront property at Lighthouse Cove is a perfect retreat for any season. With its real flame fireplace and jetted bathtub, it provides everything needed for the ultimate in a relaxing getaway. This condo is located adjacent to the beach and near to the indoor pool. The condo has indoor and outdoor (seasonal) pools and hot tubs for year-round enjoyment. In the summer you are just steps away from the private beach and you can fish from the docks. Noah`s Ark waterpark is a short walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day.
This property is ground level, two lower than the parking, so use of stairs or the elevator is required.

Family Room - 58` Roku TV, Queen Folding Bed, and a gas fireplace that is perfect for snuggling.
Kitchen - Stocked with all the basic items you would expect to be able to prepare your meals. Bring your own food products.

Guests will have access to the entire property including the amenities. The only exceptions are a single locked closet, the sauna, and the gym. The sauna and gym are reserved for community owners only due to liability.

• Right to Evict. We reserve the right to evict immediately, and without warning, anyone who has broken a rule or caused a disturbance
• Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party, set forth above, may not stay overnight in the condo. Visitors beyond the maximum occupancy are not permitted.
• NO SMOKING
• Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited 4
• Parking. Guests may park only ONE vehicle building-side in designated Lighthouse Cove parking areas. Boats/trailers and additional vehicles may be parked in the boat/trailer parking area.
• Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
• Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the whirlpool tub.
• Pool Areas. At no time may glass containers be used, stored or carried into the pool room or into the fenced outdoor pool area. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in pool and spa areas. All diving and running in pool and spa areas is prohibited. The exercise room and sauna are reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swim diapers are required for the little ones.
• Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property. No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.
• Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas. Please refrain from hanging towels, swimsuits, or anything else over the railings.
• Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its facilities.
• Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper
• Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife
• Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in the parking lot. Do not put in common area cans such as the one by the grills.
