Property Update: Roof and Solar Installation - Starting October 13, 2025, we will be installing a new roof and solar panels. Work will take place during daytime business hours and is expected to be completed by November 15, 2025. Please note that the timeline may vary depending on weather conditions. During this period, guests may experience construction noise, but all amenities will remain open for your enjoyment.

- Unit type & location: 3rd floor Double Suite, pool view with partial Gulf view
- Sleeps: Up to 6 guests
- Bedding: 2 Full-size beds + 1 pull-out sleeper sofa.
- Full size refrigerator + kitchenette with microwave, coffee pot, toaster & utensils
- Walk-in shower with towels & toiletries included
- Flat screen TV & free Wi-Fi
