Artisan home in the historic center of Bentonville - close to everything

Whether you are visiting Bentonville for business or pleasure, you are sure to find everything you need nearby. We are located just 1 block behind the Walmart Home Office in beautiful downtown Bentonville with Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is just beyond the square. The Bentonville square is home to the Walton 5 & 10 museum and numerous restaurants and shopping. The square is also home to Lawrence plaza which offers ice skating in the winter and a children's splash park in the summer. Compton Gardens and the not to be missed First Fridays and Saturday Farmers Markets are also wonderful local gems to enjoy on your stay.

Our house sleeps 6. We have a master bedroom with a beautiful master bath and walk in closet. There are 2 more bedrooms upstairs, both with brand new Queen size beds. There are TVs with cable in every bedroom.

There is a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, cookware, and utensils, a dining room which seats 4 and a breakfast bar that seats 2. The living room is is comfortable with new leather furniture and a blue ray player. You will also find a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. All linens and towels are provided, free high speed Internet, digital cable, and 2 full and 1 half bathrooms. We also have a pack n play crib. The house also boasts a great deck with a patio table and umbrella and privacy fenced backyard and there is an attached 2 car garage for you to use during your stay!

This is a craftsman style home with brand new furnishings (Summer 2013) and is one of the cleanest and nicest you will find. Our vacation home is our home away from home. We have stocked and outfitted it with all of the necessities that will make you feel right at home and we are excited to be offering it for nightly and weekly rentals.

Wonderful location, biking distance from the trailhead to amazing, easy and/or challenging trails

Owner was responsive to questions. It's was a clean and well stocked property. Location is great, very close to downtown's amazing restaurants, bars and brewpubs. There for a month and could hit another locale every night and not be disappointed.

Very nice newer home

Enjoyed our month long stay in this very nice home. Location was great, about 1 mile walk to Bentonville town square with restaurants, coffee shop & grocery store. Home was clean and well maintained. We really liked the fenced yard for our small dog. We would stay again.

Awesome Stay... Very accommodating host... Will try to stay again next year

We had a nice week-long stay in Bentonville. We were in town for business, so we did not really spend much time at the house. Very quiet street, although they were just getting ready to start putting up a couple houses across the street. The neighbors in back are especially quiet... It is a cemetery. You don't really notice it since the yard is fenced in. If you have a thing against cemetery's, this might not be the place for you. Water pressure was great, and the water heater supplied all the hot water we needed. A large washer and dryer was wonderful, and there was some soap available to use. Very well maintained, clean home. I will certainly rent again if I am back in the area. Some local restaurants were a short-drive away, and if I wasn't so lazy, could have easily walked there. A lot of choices to choose from. I would also like to point out that our host allowed us to extend our stay until 1PM check-out, which was extremely helpful for us. Thank You Crystal!!!

Great Rental

Only hesitation not writing a good review is that this place may not be available the next time I am in town. My one critique would be that a welcome packet with Wifi info and house rules would be nice but seller is VERY responsive to email so I didn't go more than 10 minutes ever with questions I had.

Very Nice! Great location and accommodations

Great place to stay in Arkansas. About 30 minutes away from Fayetteville. We loved Bentonville. Crystal was very helpful and it was the perfect house. Everything we needed!! If we visit again we will be staying here! Lots of room for a family and room for children and pets to play!

Beautiful property!

We had a great stay in Bentonville for the Bentonville Film Festival this past week! The home is fairly priced for 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and perfect fo 3 couples! It is close to everything and furnished beautifully. Recommend this property!

Fantastic home in a perfect location!

Great place to stay for mountain biking!

We really loved the house, the neighborhood was great, a couple of blocks from the walking/bike path leads to local brewpubs and restaurants galore. Miles and miles of fun single track mountain bike trails accessible from the front door. We stayed 4 weeks this year and plan to come back next year for 6 weeks or so.

A great home away from home

Our family enjoyed an extended stay in this lovely craftsman style house. It was well appointed with all of the amenities to make our stay comfortable. We especially enjoyed the location and its proximity to the town square. I highly recommend this home.

Very nice home and centrally located

This home felt like home. It was comfortable and clean and warm. The layout, decor and amenities were excellent. We loved the neighborhood because it was a quick walk to town center. It had everything we needed as a family. Only suggestion I would have is that the property could have a welcome package to highlight some information such as Internet passcode, directions for accessing the cable and perhaps some local info about the area. Other than that it was a fantastic home and I would stay there again gladly.

Wonderful house to stay in near downtown Bentonville

My family transitioned to NWA from the West and needed to stay in a furnished rental while we waited for our house to sell and then purchase one here in Bentonville. This rental house was absolutely perfect. We ended staying about 6 months, I have 2 kids that were able to catch their bus just a block away. I was able to walk to the home office of Walmart in just minutes. The house is as great as it looks in the pictures and the landlord is fantastic to work with. The location is close enough to the town square we were able to walk there for dinner or ride our bikes to the bike trails all around. If you want to stay for a week or during a longer transition it is a great house to stay in, I highly recommend it!

Great location! Wonderful home! Excellent owners!

We were brought to the area for a 3 month temporary stay for my husband's work. We were so glad to find this home as a temporary rental! The location was awesome. Close to downtown, quick drive to great shopping, close to lots of dining options, Crystal Bridges and parks. We have a 4 year old and were so happy to be close to a number of parks and walking distance to at least TWO parks, downtown, Crystal Bridges, the Farmers Market, the library, the Walmart Museum and Ice Cream Shop and so much more! The home itself was so wonderfully comfortable, clean and very well maintained. Fantastic to have a 2 car garage. The decor was great. Comfy beds. Great heating and air conditioning. Wonderful set up for cooking. We were staying for 3 months, so cooking was a must! Photos definitely accurately reflected the appearance and amenities. Home is brand new and so well laid out. Awesome to have great internet/wifi that was speedy and cable TV with lots of channels. We brought our xbox and connected it for our kids to be able to play and stream video. The owners were so helpful and sweet. If we hadn't ended up moving here permanently, we would definitely stay again! Would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Northwest Arkansas!
