James was an outstanding host. His communications were clear and timely. The property was very family friendly. We enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong and basketball game. The kitchen had adequate utensils for out use.

House is located in a great neighborhood with nearby stores and amenities. The cleanliness of the home and the amount of bugs (mainly ants and spiders) inside were the major issues.
