With beautiful bay views, spacious bedrooms, and a cozy home-like feel, this upstairs retreat offers comfort and charm in equal measure. Guests love the well-equipped kitchen, ample sleeping arrangements, and the convenience of parking right outside the door. Its central location makes it an ideal base for exploring Eureka, with downtown shops, restaurants, and the waterfront just a short stroll away.
This rental is managed by Redwood Travels.
A separate Redwood Travels Rental Agreement will need to be signed at the time of booking.

Tread softly. Heavy foot steps can be easily heard downstairs.
Because of the historic design of the home, some sound naturally travels between the upstairs and downstairs apartments. We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of one another and understand that a certain amount of everyday noise is to be expected. If noise becomes a concern during your stay, please reach out to your host—we`re happy to help find a solution whenever possible.

The Lilac upstairs is very accommodating, clean, and located close to everything. Our Host was very attentive and helpful. We visit the area frequently and hope to stay again.

The communication with the owner was great and the location can’t be beat but the house is very old. Small hot water tank, tiny shower, no AC and the windows barely open. It is charming but just very old

Thank you for the feedback. The windows are a tragedy of older homes. We do have standing fans and a few windows that do open have screen inserts for those days we need extra air here in the coast. And due to the layout of the home, the smaller hot water heater was necessary, other wise kitchen and bath space would be compromised. With planning, showering is a breeze and everyone gets to enjoy the clawfoot tub and shower. We hope You can come again and perhaps enjoy the downstairs apartment!
