The property itself was great and very close to beach. The game room was a big hit with the kids. Would definitely stay there again.

This property more than met our needs and expectations. Plenty of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms, plenty of parking for multiple vehicles, very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is very quiet, which was a bonus, with the coast just a couple blocks south to enjoy morning/evening walks. Excellent price for the location, size and amenities. I will definitely be back.

The property was great for our multi- generational family vacation. The location is amazing (so many fun things to do 20 minutes or less drive). The house had plenty of room for our 10 family members and I appreciated the main suite on the kitchen floor for my mom, minimizing the times she had to use the stairs. The property is managed really well and everything ran very smoothly.

The house was perfectly suited for our family of 10. Parents upstairs room was fabulous and very comfortable bed. The kitchen was large and easy to use. The table was great to eat and play games at for a large group . The hot tub was a major hit with nearly all. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the great location.

We had the best time staying at this property. The location was amazing. The house was beautiful and exactly as advertised, plus more! We especially loved cooking together and having meals at the large kitchen table. The game room was perfect for hanging out with the group and we enjoyed the hot tub as well. Big plus was the bathrooms! Bathrooms everywhere! We are already talking about planning another trip! Thanks for hosting us!

Wonderful spacious home with a fabulous game room with a pool table, and ping pong table. The kitchen was extra large with everything we needed. The home was very clean and family friendly! It was very close to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk which we appreciated. We will definitely return again! Thank you!

The property was exactly as described and the photos were accurate. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive whenever we had questions. The space was clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and had a comfortable, homey feel.The location worked out perfectly for our trip — easy to get around and close to what we needed. We had plenty of room for our group and everyone had a great time.A few small things could be improved (the WiFi was a bit slow and a couple of kitchen items were missing), but nothing that affected our overall experience. The host handled everything professionally and made us feel welcome.We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay.

The house is big. Lots of space for everyone. Lots of stairs which are tile so a little hard for older folks. Beds very comfortable. Unfortunately there were ants all around the rim of the hot tub which we communicated on our first day but this was not addressed satisfactorily while we were there - very disappointing as the hot tub was one reason we rented this house. The dishwasher needs replacing. The coffee machine looked like it had never been cleaned thoroughly so the coffee was sludgy. Overall a great house in a great location.

Beautiful property, very clean, very communicative property management (without being disruptive). Everything was very clearly labeled, in good working order. There was an impressive array of kitchen appliances available for use (including a high quality stand mixer and waffle iron). The home was spacious and well-appointed, and the bed I slept on gave me a really comfortable sleep. The check-in process felt a little clumsy, needing to take a selfie with my ID explicitly next to my face, and we definitely paid a higher premium than I would have liked, but we booked during a holiday, so it wasn’t thoroughly unreasonable. Every point of contact was welcoming while professional, and expectations were thoroughly outlined without sounding overbearing. We were a group of two families with five members each, and the bedding arrangement amongst the rooms accommodated the varying age ranges well. I would definitely recommend this property to a large group looking to find a place to stay in a friendly neighborhood, especially if you’ve got surf enthusiasts in residence.
