The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests
- 2 bedrooms & Loft- 4 Queen beds
- 2 bathrooms
- There are two reserved parking spots up a flight of stairs from the house.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ Drip & Keurig coffee maker
- Living room
- Patio with hot tub!
Note:
- The loft has a low ceiling, so standing up is not possible. It's an ideal spot for lounging or sleeping but best suited for guests who are comfortable with a more snug and intimate setting.
- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities.
- NO PETS
- Down alternative pillows and comforter
- Hot tub use and outdoor activities are prohibited between 9PM-8AM
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, except part of the garage, which is reserved for owner's storage.

Plus, its proximity to Santa Cruz offers easy access to the Boardwalk and additional attractions, making Capitola a delightful coastal retreat.
This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

With your own parking space you can easily park your car upon arrival and enjoy the rest of the trip by foot!

- Whole Foods, New Leaf, and Safeway (3-6 minute drive)
- The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park (10 minute drive)
- The Mystery Spot (15 minute drive)
- Downtown Santa Cruz and the famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk (15-20 minute drive)
- Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park (25 minute drive)
- The Monterey Bay Aquarium (50 minute drive)

- Please note: Access to the reserved parking requires going up and down a full staircase above the house.

- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
