Immaculate Sports Village Outdoor Enthusiasts Retreat
Our one-bedroom, one-bath unit in the Sports Village offers the amenities of a condo at the price of a hotel. Maintaining a clean and comfortable vacation home that exceeds our guests' expectations is of the utmost importance to us.
Sports Village is located in the Green Valley area of St. George just a stone's throw from world-renowned mountain bike trails including Bear Claw Poppy and Zen trails. Hiking and rock climbing are both within walking distance. Zion National Park is a short 45-mile drive away.
Our condo is a simple yet very clean one-bedroom plus alcove, one-bathroom. It feels larger than it is because of the vaulted ceilings and open floorplan. There is a very comfortable king bed in the master bedroom, a full-size bed in a partially private alcove, and a queen sofa bed in the living room with plenty of sheets, blankets, and pillows for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, utensils, and ceramic cookware. A patio with Adirondack chairs and table is available for enjoying cool desert evenings after an adventurous day.
The Sports Village is a full-amenity resort community with a clubhouse, swimming pool, kiddie pool, adult lap pool, jacuzzi, tennis, basketball, playground, gazebo, racquetball, pickleball, weight-room, miniature golf, billiards, and shuffleboard. No need to bring your own equipment as most everything is available for check-out from the clubhouse.
St. George offers a plethora of activities including golfing, mountain biking, road cycling, hiking in Snow Canyon, rock climbing, swimming/boating in Sand Hollow reservoir, and the popular Tuacahn amphitheater and center for the arts. Day trips can easily be taken to Zion national park and Bryce canyon. Best Friends Animal Sanctuary can also be explored on a day-trip.
We welcome all family members in our condo including furry friends with written permission.
We do NOT allow any smoking/vaping inside our condo or on our balcony.

Motor boating and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and mountain biking nearby.

My husband and I are avid recreationalists (I'm pretty sure I just made up that word)! and have been traveling down to St. George every winter for the past 15 years to escape the cold Salt Lake City winters. We enjoy the mild winter temperatures, predictable sunshine, and abundance of outdoor activities that St. George has to offer.
Why they chose this property
We purchased this condo so we would have a home-away-from home when we visited St. George. We fell in love with this particular unit because of its location; it is a short walk or ride to the extensive Green Valley trail system where we can access Zen trail, Bear Claw Poppy, and easily connect to the Santa Clara trails. It is also one of the quietest units in the Village and the vaulted ceilings make it feel larger than it is. When not seeking adventure in the desert, we enjoy all of the amenities that Sports Village has to offer.
We love visiting St. George and all that it has to offer and truly consider it our winter paradise. We take pride in our little condo and hope that it is a comfortable home-away-from-home for you as well. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable.
