This special home is located in one of Atlanta's most sought after neighborhoods, Historic Grant Park! Charming Charleston Style home with a full balcony. It's within walking distance to many, many restaurants, bars and shops, The Atlanta Zoo.

Also 1 block to Atlanta's transit system (Marta). A very quick ride to Downtown to The Mercedes-Benz Stadium ( Atlanta Stadium for 2026 World Cup!!!), State Farm Arena, The Georgia Aquarium, The World of Coca-Cola, The College Football Hall of Fame and many more downtown attractions.

The home was beautiful. Owner provided everything for a comfortable stay and was very quick to respond. Location felt safe and we liked being able to walk to a few local restaurants. Definitely will stay here again

We would definitely stay here again! The host was very welcoming and available for any questions we had. The house was confortable, well laid out, and I enjoyed the covered upper balcony. The location was ideal for us - just a few blocks from historic Oakland Cemetery, multiple eateries, restaurants, and a neighborhood market.

Coming in from I-20 this home is 5 minutes away. We did not get stuck in the ATL traffic. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, Grant Park, and the Atlanta Zoo. The home was clean, everything worked and was accessible. Given its location there is only one parking space. So if you fly in and Uber around no worries otherwise, it’s a bit tight. Overall, well worth the rate. Our plan is to stay here again when we are back in ATL!

Bill was incredibly accommodating and attentive to all of our needs. The house was beautiful, spotless, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly require. The location was ideal—within easy walking distance to great restaurants and even the historic Oakland Cemetery. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay; I’m already looking forward to returning in the future.

We were looking for a small place to stay for the evening after attending a Bruno Mars concert at Georgia Tech. I found this place online and was impressed with the listing. When I booked my reservation I was contacted by the host owner with instructions and was even given his phone number in case there were any issues. My family and I arrived to a very clean and well mainlined row home near Memeorial Blvd SE. The home was very family friendly. The neighborhood was a very nice up and coming neighborhood. There were several places within walking distance to eat. I would highly recommend anyone stay here. We will definitely come back and stay here during any future visits to Atlanta.

This was a great family space. You enter the house through a gated courtyard which felt safe and charming. The kitchen was well provisioned with cooking implements (although the kitchen/dining space can be a bit tight to navigate with more than a couple people). The upstairs bedrooms were roomy and mattresses comfy. There is a big balcony off the bedrooms that is another charming feature.There is room for one car in the driveway but additional street parking a short walk away. Location was super convenient to in-town neighborhoods and the highway, and the area was very quiet. The house worked just fine for my four-year-old granddaughter to play and run around in.

Wonderful property and excellent location.We stayed a week at this property over news years.Although the weather was chilly, we had a great time!The home itself is quaint, nicely decorated, warm and inviting.We slept in the bedroom connected to the master bath and the bed was comfortable.The kitchen was well appointed and had everything except a keurig coffee maker. (We purchased a cheap one at Walmart for the week.) :-)Smart TV in living room ... furniture was comfortable.The location was awesome. It felt very safe in a small cul de sac ... yet, it was close to many restaurants. The best part of our week was the Oakland cemetery. It is absolutely beautiful. The stone walls and many plants/shrubs/trees are incredible. We would recommend this property and would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the Atlanta area!
