Loved our stay. We walked to nearby Pullman market which was amazing. Enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop patio area. Loved that the unit had a garage. We chose to leave car parked and used Lyft which was easier for us as we were not familiar with San Antonio. Great place and would definitely recommend. Owner very responsive and easy to reach.

The place was absolutely awesome. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Pearl and many restaurants. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and well kept. Living room chairs were not comfortable and hard to relax in. All bedrooms were on the second story but it didn’t take long to get use to the stairs. We also enjoyed the third level deck with an enjoyable view! Rick was an excellent host and very responsive.

Excellent property and excellent host. The property was beautiful, extremely clean, and an amazing location to the Pearl District. We walked to local eateries, shops, and breweries daily. It’s also a 5 minute drive to the Riverwalk and Market Square. The only thing I would have preferred was upgraded guest beds and living room furniture. The living room was not that comfortable but not problematic. The guest beds were extremely squeaky and too firm for my liking. We gave my sister in law the master which she didn’t experience squeaking and loved the firm mattress. Overall it’s still a 5 star accommodation based on the excellent care and details provided by the owners. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to stay. It is perfect for walking to Pearl area. Lots of little added touches. Very clean and easy to find. Loved rooftop patio. Six women in 70s. Only downside would be stairs. All bedrooms on 2nd floor.
