Well appointed small home. Had everything you need for a short stay. Beds were comfy and the sheets smelled FANTASTIC! Nice coffee bar with all the necessities. The little touches are a big deal. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for quiet cozy accommodation. There is a bar across the street but never heard anything on a busy Saturday night. Would rent again

Great spot walkable to downtown Madison & the river area. Appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry were. And being able to bring a pet was a big plus.

Very nice, clean and charming place downtown with great views. Parking is a challenge as property is across for bar with only street parking. Also unit is a two bedroom with no doors between for privacy and noise. One bedroom is in front room by street and blinds on door are broke so let in light or lack of privacy. Don’t stay long term and need to make changes, you will just loose all money paid.

This is a very charming house, with an excellent view of the river. They only downfall is the bar across the street gets pretty noisy after midnight.

The family and I were very pleased with the rental. It is obvious that the owners take all travelers needs into consideration. It had everything you would need. Everything from plastic wrap and a can opener to q-tips and shampoo/conditioner. The convenience of having a home with all the amenities is just so nice. It even has a washer and dryer. The owner also has a coffee bar setup with a Keurig and Keurig coffee/hot chocolate cups and much more. The beds were comfortable. The a/c really gets going at night, so it gets cold but there was also extra blankets provided. There is some noise coming from the saloon across the street but we travel with a sound machine so it wasn’t bothersome. Very clean and cozy. It was perfect for our family and we were so happy they are pet friendly. Location was nice too, you can see the Ohio River from the back porch and then walk a block to get to Main Street. Would definitely stay again.
