Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Treat linens/towels with care. Inspected prior to new guests. Items found damaged/stained beyond normal use will be replaced/cost charged accordingly.
Take care when recline/return upright recliners. Releases/footrests inspected prior to new guests. If found damaged, repair cost charged accordingly.
NO smoke/vape/tobacco anywhere: damage/odor = fined $500. NO PETS: If a pet is not removed, guest will be asked to leave = no refund; fined $100.

This location was an excellent rental. Very convenient to town and the pool was a hit. This location was very clean and the extra touches found throughout the townhome was thoughtful. The beds were comfortable and we had all the amenities in the kitchen area. I was in for graduation for my grandson and this rental provided everything we needed for our stay. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for being a great hostess.
