This property was perfect for the quiet, relaxing weekend we needed. The wildlife was wonderful, as were the goats. Plenty of walking space to work off food, close enough to civilization to enjoy activities, but quiet when you get home. The hot tub was the perfect end to all the walking. Property was lovely. It was a great location to the park which we came to hike. Plenty of places to eat and get groceries. Very private and quiet just like we were looking for. Saw deer and turkeys around and the goats and lots of birds.

What a treat to find this cabin for a getaway to the New River Gorge area! Secluded with all the amenities after days exploring the area! The hot tub was a treat and the cleanest one I have seen at a rental. Highly recommend.

This chalet had everything we needed. It was clean and cozy! The setting couldn’t have been more peaceful! Shanna was lovely - we had a bee issue around the hot tub and she came within the hour to help sort it out. If we venture into the area again we will definitely stay here!

Perfect Cabin Stay

The cabin is just as listed! Clean, comfortable, and a great piece of property. We loved the hot tub and proximity to New River Gorge NP. The house has everything you need to cook in all meals, lots of games to play, and beautiful scenery. We would love to come back!

Perfect getaway

We loved everything about this place. Super cozy, comfortable, and the hot tub is amazing. Located off the beaten track but easily accessible. We had a wonderful week, including a white xmas.

Gorgeous getaway!

This was a gorgeous cabin in a beautiful setting. Completely private and stunning views! This cabin had all the amenities and was very clean and well cared for. 20 min from the Gorge visitor center and all the recreational activities nearby. The detailed directions to get to the cabin were perfect. 10/10 would stay there again!

Wonderful cabin for a calming getaway

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend to check out the New River Gorge area. The cabin was exactly as described! It is very clean with a fully stocked kitchen. The view from the back window and deck is awesome. It is so quiet and calming and we loved getting to see the goats in the evening. It’s a nice location for enjoying the New River Gorge and still close to grocery stores and basic shopping needs. Shanna’s directions to get to the cabin were awesome. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.

Secluded location yet only 4 miles from all of the amenities of town. The privacy of our cabin comes from our long driveway lined with trees and woodlands.
