Tucked away in the private backyard of our home with views of the farm fields and the woods, this newly built modern barn offers a peaceful escape with plenty of privacy. Inside, you'll find a cozy loft apartment thoughtfully designed with everything you need for a comfortable home away from home.
Whether you're a traveling digital nomad or a couple seeking a quiet getaway, this space is the perfect fit. Surrounded by scenic farms and rolling pastures, you'll enjoy a tranquil setting with lake access just down the road. Plus, you're only 10 minutes from town and I-84, making it easy to explore or commute.

Private Entry & Outdoor Escape
Step through the front door into a welcoming foyer, complete with a closet for your belongings. A stairway leads to a cozy landing—perfect for kicking off your shoes and hanging your coat—before you enter the loft apartment itself.
Inside, you'll find a set of French doors that open onto what we affectionately call “the perch,” a charming balcony that also serves as the rear entrance. This is a great area to sit and have a drink or do some stargazing. From here, a staircase takes you down to the backyard, where you can unwind by the fire pit or explore the stream nestled at the bottom of the hill.
For those feeling adventurous, you're welcome to use our kayaks or canoe, if you're able to transport them, the boat launch is just down the road and ready for your next water-bound outing.
