The room was clean with fresh linens, bed and pull out sofa bed were comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and owner is on site. Mike was very helpful with the check in process and accommodating throughout our stay. We highly recommend Mike’s Mountain View apartment.

The property is centrally located in a nice neighborhood with beautiful a mountain scenery. It was pet-friendly which was important to me. The living area was clean and so perfect with all the needed amenities. . Livingroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and a bedroom. The owner was very friendly and available. I will be back and will recommend to my friends & family!

I used Mike’s place for a 3-day solo retreat and it was absolutely wonderful! Very clean, quiet, with a gorgeous view of the mountains in the front, and with a large living room, a nice bathroom and a large bedroom with view to the backyard. I used the microwave to warm up my food, but I believe there’s a camping stove if you need to boil water etc. Plenty of plates, bowls, silver ware, and a big refrigerator and freezer. Mike and his wife were super kind, so if you need anything, don’t hesitate to ask them. They added a personal touch even in the details, to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. The neighborhood is safe and very quiet. I just loved my stay! Frankly, it was hard to leave when my time was up! Highly recommend!

Very comfortable, clean and inviting space. Was great to arrive after problems we had with our drive to area. We arrived several hours later than expected. Host was welcoming, gave great directions for finding location and the check in process. His son and wife were pleasant and also offered assistance if needed. We hope they will welcome us again as the location is perfect for visiting our son and family who live in Santa Clarita.

Carol and her husband were very pleasant. They had two dogs that were absolutely amazing. They left the Airbnb in great condition and they were a pleasure to talk to would definitely host them again.
