Discover your perfect paradise! Our well-appointed studio guesthouse is ideal for guests looking to explore and relax. The guesthouse has its own private gated entrance and exit. Enjoy a sparkling saltwater pool & an upscale outdoor living area surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The swimming pool and outdoor living area is a shared space with ONLY the owners and two friendly dogs. Guest may encounter the owners of the property while they are conducting grounds keeping or using the outdoor area. The owners will respect the privacy of the guest and will make all attempts to keep interactions to a minimum. Guest can make reasonable request for private use of the common area.

Situated between the convenience of modern amenities and the untouched beauty of natural pristine beaches. Great for short or long- term stays.

Studio Amenities:
-Air-conditioning throughout. VRBO Makes us charge a daily rate for A/C usage. Since they do this, we will verify the meter with you at check in and check our. Any unused A/C electricity will be refunded to you. Sorry for the inconvenience.

-Oversized queen bed w/plenty of comfortable pillows and extra blankets.

-Beach towels, pool towels, and bath towels are provided. All linens and towels are refreshed weekly.

-Kitchen: Full indoor kitchen w/all essential kitchenware, refrigerator/freezer, electric stove top, microwave, full size oven, coffee maker.

-Bathroom: Private bathroom with shower, plus an additional bathroom by the pool.

-Living: 43" Smart TV with streaming options, Wi-Fi, black out shades, and air conditioning to keep you comfortable.

-Hot water throughout entire studio

-Ample storage space to include full sized clothing closet, night stands, wardrobe, credenza cabinet.

-Additional storage room off of kitchen area with extra shelving. A cooler and two beach chairs are provided for your personal use.

-All essential cleaning supplies are provided. Additional cleaning services available upon request for an additional fee.

Outdoor/shared amenities:
-Bose bluetooth speaker available for use while on the premises

-Saltwater pool and outdoor living area to include a full bathroom, shower, gas stove top, sink, and charcoal grill/smoker.

-Parking: Convenient onsite parking

Check-in/check out procedure: Property owners will check you in and out in order to provide the best experience possible and explain some necessary items on the property. This will take about 10 minutes of your time, but well worth it.

Nicole and Therry are truly exceptional hosts. They will go out of their way to ensure that your stay is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. The apartment itself is excellent. It is not very large, but it is designed and organized in an extremely efficient and thoughtful way. The outdoor living space is particularly beautiful and very pleasant to spend time in. We stayed for a month and honestly would have loved to stay even longer. We truly enjoyed our time there.The bed is very comfortable, and the indoor kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven and a large refrigerator. The shower is excellent—overall, everything you could wish for is available.What makes the place truly special is the outdoor living area. There is a fantastic BBQ and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a proper gas stove and a large cooking island. We spent many enjoyable evenings cooking there while overlooking the pool.The pool itself is perfect for cooling off it is ideal for a refreshing dip. In addition, there is an outdoor toilet and another pleasant outdoor shower.During our four-week stay I was also able to work extensively, with fast and completely reliable internet throughout the entire period.In fact, we immediately booked again for next year. That is quite unique for us—we have never returned to the same accommodation twice, and we have certainly never booked so far in advance. However, we have simply never come across a place that felt this enjoyable and perfect.
